Pros:

Staff were very helpful even in a second language, thank you. Breakfast options were amazing. Local amenities were also very handy.

Cons:

The beds were small. Room was booked for 4 people and it was 2 small doubles. With teenagers this wasnt ideal. Would recommend taking the additional sofa bed offered at check in for an additional cost. This is not offered on booking.com.

Comfortable and clean
Pros:

Room is Comfortable and neat .
Laundry and dry machine are easy to use.
There is a local market across the road, where you can find all kind of local food and stores.
It took 20 min by car to the airport in the morning, very convenient.

El desayuno me gustó muchísimo, realmente estuvo delicioso.

Quiero hacer un reconocimiento especial a la gerente. Es de las personas más entregadas y esforzadas en su trabajo que he conocido. Se desvive por atender bien a los huéspedes y hacer que la experiencia sea agradable. Además, te recibe con dulces locales que son una verdadera delicia; todavía recuerdo uno porque me encantó.

El servicio de lavandería funciona muy bien y nos pareció bastante útil durante la estancia. Como sugerencia, podría ser buena idea agregar dos equipos más para mejorar la disponibilidad cuando hay más huéspedes.

En general, la atención y el servicio nos dejaron una muy buena impresión.

Muy recomendable y muy cerca de la estacion Norte.
Pros:

Todo impecable! La habitación muy buena y el desayuno muy variado. El personal muy atento, en especial Winnie, que de destacó por su simpatía y amabilidad.

Я проживал в Holiday Inn Express Xi'an North Station by IHG и остался доволен условиями. Номера современные, чистые и комфортные, с удобными кроватями и хорошей шумоизоляцией. Персонал вежливый и отзывчивый. Расположение удобное рядом с железнодорожной станцией и метро, что облегчает передвижение, хотя до центра города нужно немного ехать.

We had a great stay. Next door is a restaurant with tables on the street and the food was very good.

Excelente hotel!

Hotel maravilhoso!!! Bairro excelente, perto da estação norte de trem de Xian (o que é uma ótima opção para quem vai chegar e/ou sair de trem de alta velocidade). O atendimento é maravilhoso. O café da manhã é perfeito! Uma ótima variedade de comidas deliciosas, e ainda com algumas opções ocidentais (embora a base asiática é deliciosa). O quarto é bem amplo, a cama é grande e confortável. O quarto é muito cômodo e bem decorado. Quarto e banheiro bem limpo. O banheiro é espaçoso e completo. Água quente. Amenidades no banheiro. Simplesmente, EXCELENTE!

Pros:

Clean, modern, comfortable rooms, breakfast was decent

Cons:

It's outside the centre of Xi'an - I actually preferred this.
If you have luggage it's not easily walkable from Xi'an north railway station but doesn't cost much in a taxi/Didi, very short trip.
