Check in at 16:00 - too late. It’s impossible to enjoy the facilities (pool area) if you have just one night, cause the check out is at 11:00

un hôtel incroyable, Leo personnel, pas à la hauteur
Pros:

l'hôtel, la décoration c'est vraiment exceptionnel cet hôtel en forme de guitare

Cons:

le personnel pas très poli que ce soit à la piscine, l'accueil est mauvais. Les explications sont mauvaises aussi la personne qui contrôle la carte à l'ascenseur juste au Rime et le chef du parking Valette. une personne détestable

Pros:

I liked the pools and the entire hotel and restaurants, even though the water was little cold in this summer season in Miami, which is little odd.

Cons:

I have seen a live cockroach in my room and I have a allergy from insects i killed the cockroach , and I was feeling very gross after that, and weary angry as I booked five star luxury hotel and paid about $500 to stay with cockroaches? This is unacceptable and Horrible!! Plus the gym is closing at 6 PM and the pool is closing at 6 PM.
Because they have a casino and they want all people to go to casino. That's why they are closing everything earlier. The money that you pay doesn't worth what you get, except the building design that is Guitar and the view.
