Atmoshere was nice - facilities were good - clean

Cons:

We were kept up the entire night from 11pm until 615am We complained to the front desk, and we even went to the front desk because it was my wife's birthday. The entire experience was ruined by the room in front of us banging on the walls, fighting, yelling, screaming, and blasting music. It took days to hear back from customer care, and they gave me a lousy 99$ credit. I requested reimbursement for the entire evening because your security did nothing to preserve our quiet evening.

העיצוב נפלא, האווירה טובה, הפוקר מעולה.

היה לי ריח לא טוב של בריכה/עובש בחדר, חדר 12610.
המים החמים במקלחת נגמרו באמצע המקלחת
לא ניקו לי את החדר, כי בטעות שמתי כפתור "נא לא להפריע" וכשהחלפתי אותו "לנא לנקות את החדר" כבר לא הגיעו.

כשבאתי וביקשתי לסגור חדר, אמרו לי רק באינטרנט, אמרתי להם שהאנגלית לי לא טובה, האיש בקבלה בא לעזור לי להזמין, אמר לי על מה ללחוץ, אחרי שהזמנתי - התברר שזה אותו שם של מלון אבל בכתובת אחרת, דמי ביטול מלאים, 1,600 ש"ח הלכו לפח. ממש התרגזתי, ואז - הם הסכימו להזמין לי חדר בקבלה, אבל לא החזירו לי את הדמי ביטול שנוצרו בגללם.

Best place to stay in Fort Lauderdale/Hollywood area
Pros:

We likes that we could attend the show and that there were restaurants to choose from. The bed was very comfortable. We don't gamble but for people that do would obviously love the casino. I loved all the rock and roll memorabilia.

Cons:

It is a bit pricey to stay here.
