Pros:

They front desk was a sweet woman.

Cons:

Door to the bathroom was broken and wouldnt shut, the TV took 2 hours to get working, there were people outside my window partying til 3am and I had to be up at 6am to get a flight. Also, was very concerned about the way the foot of both beds were wet. Figured maybe the air conditioning? I dont know. We were just exhausted from driving endlessly and wanted some sleep.

Just what we needed
Pros:

The location. The complimentary breakfast had turkey bacon as option, which was Great because my family doesn't eat pork. Most hotels don't consider the non pork eater. The staff was nice, and friendly. It was clean and smelled amazing.

Overall the stay was cool. Other than the freezers and refrigerators and tv not working and stinchy

I had 3 rooms I booked 205 was ok 207 the refrigerator did not work the tv had a line in the middle of it & a lamp did Not work in there and the floor was dirty and had a stinch to it. Had to put carpet odorizer on it. My baby was crawling on the floor her pants were black

Cons:

The staff was Horrible! The owner had her Daughter working registration, in her slippers and Pajamas. Was on her phone the entire time and got indignant when asked for assistance. This is the worse run hotel we have ever stayed at. We have stayed at many Home2 facilities across the country, always top notch! This particular location might as well have been a motel 6!

Pros:

I loved that we were close to a lot of our activities. • I loved that we were close to stores, restaurants etc. • The staff that worked the weekend of June 26-28, 2026 was amazing! Everyone was very helpful with whatever we needed. • Breakfast was fresh every morning. You can even make your own Waffles. • Plenty of parking. • The indoor pool was open and it was clean. •They had everything you needed in the hotel kitchen. Real glass dishes, dish towels, dish soap. Etc. It felt like home. •The hotel room was very clean.• There were 2 food trucks on site that Friday when we arrived. • The room was very spacious enough to fit 5 people.

Cons:

When getting on and off the elevator on floor 2 there was a very strong fish smell. The only time you couldn't smell it was during breakfast hours. • The only other complaints I have is that our bathroom door did not close all of the way and the air conditioner could not be adjusted. You can only turn it off and on. That was room 209. • This wasn't the best Hilton I've ever stayed at.
