Pros:

No breakfast served, only cartons of milk, water and coffee. The advertisement said room did include breakfast so that was disappointing.

Give This place A Try_Didn't Disappoint
Pros:

Our room was so comfortable. We did not want to leave. And the young lady that treated us upon arrival. She was very kind, and helpful.

Not having access to their pool.

Other than those few things I really enjoyed my stay thank you

The rooms were beautiful and very clean and I like the historic look

Cons:

I feel it needs to be just a little more smoke friendly I think you should be able to smoke on your own balcony and I think each room should have it’s own microwave and clear out some of the brush in the back

Don’t waste your money.
Pros:

Nothing really. Photos are very misleading. The parking lot is extremely small. Our room must’ve been the smallest. It’s giving remodeled large house made into a glorified hostel.

Cons:

Our room was very small and hot. Our bathroom had one window with no cover at all, facing the road. The bed made so much noise the minute you sat on it.

Nice place to stay for the night in a less trafficked area. Convenient to the beaches of St Augustine. Friendly staff!

easy clean and nice stay
Pros:

the check in was easy
our balcony over looked the lagoon
there are no screens on the doors and the windows do not open
the air conditioner worked fine
there is no immediate access to the ocean from this location however, a few miles down the road heading east was a nice park were we watched the sunrise
the jackuzzi worked well

It was quaint and nice.

Cons:

The place needs to have some attention to detail. Also the listing says its within walking distance to the sights and its 8+ miles to anything. The road noise was so disturbing trying to sleep. Hot water didn't work the first night but they finally fixed it the 2nd night.

Beautiful place!! Over all stay was good, could have been better.
Pros:

The location and price was great. It is a beautiful property and it has so much potential. Small hotel vibes. Easy parking. Code entry made it easy to come and go without a key or a key card. Clean fresh feel throughout.

Cons:

Seemed like the walls were thin by the sound from others walking by, talking, you can hear people in their rooms. Families with small children can get a little loud. Sound travels when there is no carpet to help with muffling out regular everyday noise. The shower had no cover over one window which one could clearly see the neighboring property and likewise. The bed was a thick foam mattress, unfortunately you can tell where everyone settles in at. Breakfast? I think just coffee and water.

Quirky but nice
Pros:

Furnishings were Asian and lovely. Nice views and 100 yards to beach across main road.

Staff super freindly.

Breakfast was good.

Pros:

Checking in was easy, We arrived late but it was a phone call to get access.

Cons:

The only complaint is the bed was extremely squeaky. Everytime I loved it made what seemed the loudest creak.

All in all it was a very nice short stay for the value.
