Being woke up by builders at 07:30 each morning hammering walls a cutting plaster board.

Cons:

Second year in a row staying at this hotel, both times work men hammering and using electric saws outside the hotel room from 07:30 in the morning . This is beyond unacceptable, in a residential area this is illegal. How anyone thinks this is something that should be happening g in a hotel when people have paid £100s of pounds to relax In absolutely beggars belief. I would like to be contacted by the hotel and compensated for this as it completely ruined our stay.

Great spot
Pros:

Staff were warm and inviting, very pleasant. The room had 2 doubles, the room and bathroom were spotless and well maintained. The food we had was only breakfast but it was good and included something for everyone. Parking was great. Right at the door and ample space for coaches and buses as well as dozens of car spaces.

Cons:

My only issue was the lack of cooling fans or air-conditioning. The bedroom was stifling hot and almost unbearable. Getting to sleep was difficult with the stuffiness despite having windows open.

Loved our stay, nice room, great location will be back!
Pros:

Room was very nice, 2 double beds for the price we paid including breakfast was amazing value in this day and age. Bathroom with rainfall shower etc was great! Breakfast was the usual buffet range. Location was also good, easy to the city centre/sports venues, easy to travel on to other locations.

Cons:

The hotel is near the end of a refurb, we had to ask someone at reception to fix our air con, which they managed to do, turned out on the main control panel the ability to change temperature had been hidden for our room lol Easily sorted.

Prima hotel niks mis mee.
Pros:

Locatie, lag vlak bij de haven waar ik moest werken en centrumwas goed aan te lopen , kamers waren ruim en hygiënisch prima ontbijt.

Cons:

Geen airco was warm op de kamers.
