Good hotel for visit to Londonderry
Pros:

Nice hotel - friendly and helpful staff.
Good bar area - good breakfast also
Free parking

Cons:

Location (out of town, although fairly easy to get bus in)
Overlooking car park for breakfast, but will maybe be better when renovations completed ?

Good hotel outside city centre but could walk in to the centre in about 25 minutes, comfortable room and beautiful restaurant with good food

Quiet place to stay, close to bus stop. Hotel has cafe and pub for meals
Pros:

Good range of food for breakfast.

Cons:

For a person using walking stick, it was had to juggle holding stick and getting food. May be a liitle more space to put plate down while getting food.

Lovely staff , good food , great location

Cons:

The accessible rooms have divan beds . This limits user's who have a hoist to get the legs of hoist under the bed to secure the right lifting and lowering position.
Would recommend changing to bedframes to accommodate this .

Our family was not very clean, blonde hair strands found around the room. None of us have blonde hair. The mirrors were not clean. Stains on the wall. Beds were fine. Our view was big waste bins beside our window. When we went for our meal, there was live music with speakers around the restaurant. It was absolutely blasting, no exaggeration! Blasting! You couldn't have a chat amongst yourselves, couldn't hear the staff! Madness! We asked to eat out in the lobby!

A must to stay at !!!
Pros:

This hotel would be the best we have stay in during our vacation. We have stayed in many different hotels in 4.5 weeks. The room was brilliant and the bathroom just right with the facilities and water pressure. The bar area was amazing just to visualize. The food was amazing and the staff so pleasant and friendly.
I would recommend staying.

Cons:

Unfortunately it was very wet weather and we didn’t get to walk around much. This isn’t a problem really just wish we could have stayed longer.

Pros:

The hotel is very well maintained, rooms are spacious and comfortable. Bathroom is a good size and has an excellent shower.
The bar and lounge areas are particularly nice, spacious and fitted with very comfortable seating.
Breakfast was good, without being anything special. All the food was fresh and hot.

Cons:

Internet provision was very bad @ between 2mps and 5mps, completely insufficient if you need to complete any business online. My room was end of corridor which might explain.

Nice hotel at the end of our trip - great food and friendly staff
Pros:

Nice hotel - warm welcome on arrival and friendly staff in the bar/restaurant and at breakfast. Free parking was a bonus. It's a little too far out of town to walk in but that was ok for us as we had the car. It's in a business park so not picturesque but facilities were good. The food in the restaurant was very good (portions were huge - order lite!) and there were plenty of options for breakfast.

Cons:

The rooms were very standard for a big hotel - I think we expected a slightly more independent / smaller hotel with a cosier feel, but it's really similar to a chain hotel like a premier inn / novotel. Which was ok, just not what we expected. Shower cubicle was very small.

Le immagini su booking sono fuorvianti e l’hotel non ha nulla a che vedere con le foto. La struttura sembra un piccolo centro commerciale, abbastanza rovinato, la camera e il bagno non sembravano molto puliti. Asciugamani con macchioline e non li abbiamo usati. La colazione molto scarsa e cattiva (uova strapazzate non buone, verdure acide, cappuccino era una broda). Per il prezzo pagato molto deludente
