Would stay agein and also recommend to friends
Pros:

Beautiful hotel, very clean and comfortable and in very good state of repair. Staff at reception and in the bar were very friendly and helpful. Location is in a kind of industrial estate so no nice views but it doesn't matter because the hotel itself is very nice and the location is so convenient for going into the city centre on foot or public transport... nest bus stop only 300 m away. Public car park with plenty of spaces and free parking. Breakfast was great and good music in the bar in the evening. Couldn't ask for more!

Cons:

The room was a bit warm because it had no aircon but we were given a fan, overall it didn't matter so much

Good location, good parking, nice bar area

Cons:

Facilities in the room are basic, not even a small bottle of water for guests, beds are quite hard, breakfast service was terrible, left to your own devices to find anything, and had ran out of most hot food, waited over 10 minutes for it to be replenished in small quantities

The staff were fantastic. Nothing was too much trouble, especially the receptionist. Very welcoming and friendly. Couldn't have asked for more
