Es un paraíso de paz , buen servicio, muy limpio, con una decoración fantástica y muy buena restauración, probamos todos los restaurantes, a cual mejor.
En mi opinión un ventilador de techo para no necesitar tanto el aire acondicionado hubiera estado genial.
We absolutely loved this hotel from the moment we arrived until the day we checked out.
First of all, we would like to sincerely thank the entire hotel team for helping organize a wonderful birthday surprise for my husband. Your kindness, attention to detail, and excellent service made his special day truly unforgettable.
The hotel’s interior is beautiful, elegant, and very cozy. Throughout our stay, we truly felt at home. We would have preferred a slightly larger room, but it did not affect the quality of our stay. The room was fresh-smelling, spotless, and exceptionally clean.
The breakfast was delicious. Although the selection was not very large, every morning I found something new and tasty to enjoy. Dinner was excellent as well, with the option of choosing either the buffet or the à la carte menu.
Every evening, there was live music in the bar next to the reception, creating a wonderful atmosphere. The cocktails were especially delicious and definitely worth trying.
Every member of the staff was incredibly friendly, professional, helpful, and always greeted us with a warm smile. Their genuine hospitality made our stay even more enjoyable.
We highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a relaxing, comfortable, and memorable stay. We will definitely be back!

The facility and the stuff were amazing. They were always very kind and positive, and the surrounding was very beautiful. We would love to go back for sure.
It was very windy, but due to different beach angles, we always managed to find a good spot.
The staff and service generally were exceptional. Nothing was too much trouble. The room was spacious and stylish. Beautiful grounds, pool, structures, art etc. We will 10p% return.
The only thing that was not exceptional was the food. It was a mix of decent and not great. We had 1 very good meal and several average ones. Breakfast is very good
The gardens and grounds were beautiful
Paid luxury prices (2800 for 3 nights in a waterfront suite), was expecting luxury but found what felt like tired, 3* facilities. The rooms are small and in need of renovation. The air conditioner didn’t work, it shut off with loud beeping every couple of hours—meaning that we were woken up multiple times throughout the night either by the noise or the heat. When we mentioned this to staff they told us it was because they were eco friendly. Eco friendly or not, if we are paying those kinds of prices we expect to be able to sleep well in a comfortable room at night. The bathroom kept giving wafts of sewage smell, there was water damage on the bathroom countertop, and the bedding was cheap and rough. We were told we had a ‘private’ waterfront area with our room—but there were 4 chairs placed in front of our room rather than 2, and a guest from a room further back in the hotel (not in a waterfront suite) seemed to think they also belonged to his room, so we had no privacy during the stay. There are tons of babies and children at this hotel, and I love children but it was a bit much as listening to temper tantrums at breakfast or watching parents change diapers on beach chairs completely kills any romantic mood the hotel is trying to create. The six senses in Elounda is a much better choice at these prices. Don’t be fooled by the photos—this is not what you will find.

The rooms were well appointed. The Breakfast options were great and the food we ate at the hotel was tasty.
The room was not as expected as I booked a higher category by the sea but had no sea view. Disappointing arrival. The team moved us for the last night, but still, not what was expected. The mattress in our room 55 was very lumpy and you could feel the springs. The value for money was about 10-20% off. The only sold small cans of water by the sea and pool. Ridiculous.

The intense morning sunshine on the small patio outside the room (58) - a shade across the small roof would have been very welcome
And lastly, obviously it was available but maybe water should be on the breakfast table or served automatically with orange juice ?
