A very pleasant stay! We would love to come back
Pros:

The room was very nice and the bed was very comfortable. Everything was modern and new. We had the exact room as the one we have booked. The view in the morning was also nice and the room had everything you needed. The location of the hotel was also very nice and the restaurant was very big and spacious.

Cons:

We have experienced difficulties to find the parking lot of the hotel. Upon our arrival no one has told us that there is some reconstruction work in the town that makes the access of the parking lot and the access of Clervaux in general much more elaborate than it normally is. This was very, very unpleasant because we lost 30 minutes in searching for the road to the hotel and then the parking lot of the hotel. These things are happening but the management of the hotel should have informed us about this situation and should have provided us with some instructions of how to reach the hotel and the parking and telling that there is some reconstruction going on.
Also, when we have checked in, we were asked at the reception to pay a deposit for the room of 100 euro. It was the very first time we had to pay such a deposit. We got it back but it felt as a lack of trust.
The breakfast was good and had some variety but the quality of some products could have been better for this price.

Sur Booking, le spa est présenté comme inclus, mais la restriction horaire pour les enfants n’était pas clairement indiquée lors de la réservation. C’est décevant car c’était un critère important dans notre choix d’hôtel.

Pros:

Lit hyper confortable, Suite très spacieuse, salle de.bain exceptionnelle mais accueil et service exécrable, on a clairement l'impression de déranger. Les espaces.communs sont sales, très défraîchis.

Cons:

Pereonnel pas accueillant, pas pro du tout. Une boîte à clé ou à code aurait mieux.fait l'affaire, franchement une honte. Du jamais vu de toute ma.vie alors que je voyage beaucoup depuis toujours.
