We had a good stay overall. The staff were very welcoming, friendly and helpful throughout our visit. We were also pleasantly surprised to be upgraded to a room with a balcony, which was a nice touch.

The location is excellent, right in the heart of Hanoi’s Old Quarter, making it easy to explore the area on foot.

Cons:

The only downside was the bathroom. There was some mould around the shower, and the floor drain didn’t seem particularly hygienic. There was occasionally an unpleasant smell, and it appeared that water from the toilet plumbing could flow into the floor drain, which made the bathroom feel less clean than it should have.

Estuvimos muy a gusto. La habitación era cómoda, con aire acondicionado, y el hotel está muy bien ubicado, en una zona céntrica. El personal de recepción fue muy amable y atento. Además, nos ofrecieron guardar las maletas e incluso una habitación para asearnos y ducharnos antes de nuestro traslado. Un detalle que agradecimos mucho. ¡Muy recomendable!
