Soggiorno davvero piacevole. Hotel accogliente, ma il vero punto di forza è il servizio clienti: staff sempre gentile, disponibile e attento a ogni esigenza. Ci siamo sentiti accolti dal primo all’ultimo momento. Consigliatissimo!

Cons:

Forse solo le foto dell’hotel prima di prenotare. Consiglio foto più veritiere ma l’hotel è impeccabile soprattutto perchè lo staff è molto disponibile e gentile. Ti segue in tutte le tue richieste.

Excellent stay at the Siva Hotel in Hanoi. Room were a good size and beds comfy. Staff were very friendly and helpful, and happy for you to leave luggage before and after check in/out.

Cons:

There were rats in the wall, had to leave our room and find another hotel as they were squeaking and scratching. Nothing the hotel could really do for us that night, its old and in the city and cheap, but we couldn’t sleep there
