Location, berdekatan masjid kampung baru, banyak pilihan makanan di sekitar, bilik yang sangat luas dan selesa

Kebersihan boleh diperbaiki, swimming pool terutamanya. Buffet breakfast biasa sahaja, tak padan dengan harga yang dikenakan. Quality makanan perlu ditambah baik

Pros:

Overall, my stay was excellent, and I truly appreciated the room upgrade from a Deluxe Double Room to a Senior Executive Room.

Cons:

There are a few areas that could be improved. The shower gel bottle was empty, and only one floor towel was provided, which was not enough. In addition, there was no phone line in the room, which made it difficult for me to contact the receptionist whenever I needed to make an enquiry.
Overall, I had a pleasant stay, and I hope these small issues can be improved for future guests.

Cons:

Room 2005. One air conditioner in the bed is not cold enough even though it has been adjusted on the control. The walls & floor are not very clean. Slippery and dirty. The sink is clogged. The room is leaking by the window. For the staff named Miera. Please do not double standards when serving customers.

Great hotel
Pros:

Lokasi yang strategik, sangat hampir dengan masjid dan hospital. Boleh jalan kaki sahaja. Ada banyak kedai makan, pun boleh jalan kaki sahaja. Kolam renang besar, anak-anak semua seronok.

Pros:

Lokasi sgt strategik, boleh jalan kaki ke Kg Baru dan banyak kedai makan di sekitar hotel. Bilik luas dan selesa. Sarapan pelbagai dan tempatnya sgt selesa di tgkt 27 (Suasana@27) paling atas, boleh nampak view Klcc, menara Kl dan menara 118. Suasana kolam juga dapat view Klcc dan boleh healing di kolam hingga 10 mlm.

laluan naik ke tempat parking hotel agak sempit dan tinggi hingga tgkt 8..perlu berhati-hati semasa turun dan naik. masa checkout kul 12 tgh, ramai yg menunggu kerana lif pula agak

Very vibes and cool

Love the vibes, nearby of so many restaurant and ofcourse the mosque just in front of the hotel!
