Pros:

Café da manhã estava bom! Localização boa, ja fiquei outras vezes!

Cons:

Ducha do vaso banheiro quebrada, tampa vaso quebrada, frigobar não funciona, esta com as coisas bem velhas e nao estão fazendo manutenção, elevador tem horas q funciona outras não, muito barulho dos hóspedes!

Cons:

O problema principal foi o mal atendimento de quase toda a equipe. Tirando um menino que atendia no período da noite, todo o resto da equipe trabalhava de mal humor.

Toalhas e lençóis muito bem limpos. Café da manhã muito bom.

Cons:

Precisa arrumar os registros do chuveiro. Não fecha, pingando o tempo todo. O elevador faz muito barulho.

Atendimento péssimo, funcionários mal educados e grosseiros com hóspedes, café da manhã com.poucas opções, hotel cheio de colchões e camas pelos corredores!!!
Solicitei NF e não emitem NF e nem revibo do consumo!!!
Lamentável um atendimento assim, independente do valor!!!

Limpeza ótima, café da manhã maravilhoso, funcionários excelentes.

Cons:

Alguns quartos estão com a parte elétrica sem funcionar, no 209, o ar condicionado não tem filtro e acabamos adoecendo, um prédio enorme com 11 vagas de garagem, é melhor não oferecer.
