Dirty, poorly maintained, and disappointing stay
Pros:

The location is great and the fact that we could self check in.

Cons:

The bathrooms were dirty and one of them smelled like urine. There were cockroaches in the building. The towels looked like pieces of clothing used to wash the floors with them - couldn't use them. I informed the owner and nothing was done about it. The walls are thin and you can hear everything. It's hard to open the window and air the room. I don't recommend it and will never book again when back in Valencia. Also, there was hair on our bed sheets.

Muy centríco, cerca de la estación Joaquín Sorolla, la cama muy cómoda, la habitación muy moderna, todo nuevo, repetiremos seguro.

Cons:

Lo que no me gustó, que el baño es compartido, lo suyo sería, que cada habitación tuviera el
suyo.

Perfect, exactly what we were looking for.

Pros:

La ubicación es espectacular, todo queda walking distance, la habitación muy cómoda, amplia, y con lo necesario para estar bien durante estos días. La casa tenía dos baños compartidos, una cocina bien dotada y una logística muy bien preparada. Puedes lavar y secar y tu ropa allí.

Cons:

Todo estuvo perfecto, lo único que hay que tener en cuenta es que el proceso de ingreso es algo complejo en una app, que depende en gran medida de que esté activo y sobre todo poder entender bien cómo funciona (toca aprenderlo por uno mismo, pues es self checkin). Por fortuna Maria siempre está atenta para resolverte cualquier inconveniente que puedas tener. Una vez entiendes cómo funciona, todo sigue sin problema.

Perfecte locatie, comfortabel verblijf!
Pros:

De check-in en check-out verliepen vlot en probleemloos. De locatie is echt top: midden in het centrum, dichtbij de Turia, winkels, metro, supermarkten en restaurants. Ook het stadion van Valencia CF (Mestalla) ligt op loopafstand. Het was erg fijn dat we zelf ontbijt konden klaarmaken en konden koken wanneer we wilden. Het terras was een mooie extra om te ontspannen. Daarnaast was de schoonmaakdame erg vriendelijk en hield zij alles netjes en schoon. Ondanks dat de keuken, badkamer en wc gedeeld werden, hebben we dat als prettig en zonder problemen

Cons:

Kamer 2 ligt aan de straatkant en is daardoor wat gehorig, vooral als je gevoelig bent voor geluid. Verder hebben we eigenlijk geen negatieve punten ervaren.

Pros:

Die Lage der Unterkunft war super. In ca. 15 Gehminuten war man bei bekannten Sehenswürdigkeiten in der Altstadt.
Das Zimmer war ausreichend groß für zwei Personen. Die Kommunikation mit dem Gastgeber war problemlos. Innerhalb kurzer Zeit erhielten wir bei Fragen eine Antwort.

Cons:

Erst nach drei Tagen wurde das Gemeinschaftsbad wieder gereinigt. Da sich drei Zimmer ein Bad teilen, wäre eine Reinigung täglich, spätestens am zweiten Tag gut.

Pros:

La ubicación y el piso estaba bien equipado.
La atención para resolver cualquier inconveniente fue muy rápida.

Cons:

El baño compartido a veces era difícil acceder por la cantidad de huéspedes que había.
Si bien son 2 baños hay que compartirlos entre 6 habitaciones.

Viajo mucho y este ha sido el lugar mas especial para mi ,cuidado hasta el mas minimo detalle , ha sido un lujo poder disfrutar de las instalaciones , todo muy limpio , el trato exquisito tanto de la anfitriona como el de la chica de la limpieza , la cama super comoda , he ido con una amiga y nos hemos sentido reinas , situado cerca de todo el centro , tiendas , restaurantes , nos ha dado pena volvernos a casa , este va a ser uno de mis alojamientos favoritos .
