Pros:

We stayed at the Hotel Akra Kemer for the second time, and once again it exceeded all our expectations. We truly love this place and will definitely come back.
My parents have already stayed here six times, which says a lot about the quality of this hotel. This time we traveled as two families – my parents and my husband, our child, and I – and we all had an amazing experience.
The houskeeping service was very good. Our rooms were cleaned every day and were always fresh maintained.
The food was excellent througout the hotel, not only in the main restaurant, but also in all the other restaurants and bars. Everything was delicious, fresh, and with a great variety every day. The staff were incredibly friendly, attentive, and always willing to help.
The animation team was fantastic – friendly, fun, and always helpful, making both children and adults feel welcome.
Many thanks to the spa team. Sveta, who manages the spa, is incredibly kind, wellcoming and professional. The entire spa team was excellent and helped make our stay even more relaxing and enjoyable.
Thank you to the entire Akra Kemer team for another unforgettable vacation. We are already looking forward to coming back!

Комфортный для проживания и отдыха у прекрасного моря отель в центре городского поселения
Pros:

Отель находится на береговой линии г. Кемер. И в этом и все его плюсы и минусы. Плюсы - доступность города в случае такой необходимости и прекрасное море Кемера. Видно, что персонал - это давно сложившийся и слаженный коллектив - команда. Молодцы! Не равнодушные к тому, какое впечатление формируется у клиентов об отеле. На ограниченной городской территории отель оптимально спроектирован: хватает места для всех и у многочисленных бассейнов, и на пляже у моря и на пирсе, и в ресторанах. Не проблема перекусить и среди дня: не тесно нигде. Мне понравился мой просторный номер люкс в пентхаусе с гардеробной комнатой и просторной ванной. Очень достойной оказалась и кухня и утром, и вечером и в обед. И в ресторанах а ля карт, где еще и обслуживание прекрасное, и все это бесплатно. Порадовало, что в сильную жару не было недостатка в арбузах ( по опыту знаю, что зачастую с этим проблема). Порадовали шоу и , конечно, отзывчивость персонала

Cons:

Мне не хватило территории, но я была к этому готова, и в черте города это не исправить.
Наверное, мне не понравилась ситуация с хлебом: его чересчур много представлено на шведском столе, но в основном он весь не свежий. А жаль. Может, лучше выкладывать меньше, но лучше? И круассаны на завтраке совсем далеки от привычного стандарта и внешне и по вкусу.
И полотенца в номерах нужно освежить. Однажды у меня в номере оставляли новое полотенце. Видимо, их замена началась, но, по сути, весь старый фонд полотенец в номерах нуждается в обновлении.

Отличный отель для краткосрочного отдыха.
Pros:

Отличный отель для краткосрочного отдыха. Работают очень приятные и отзывчивые сотрудники. Не было такого, чтобы я обратилась с каким то вопросом/просьбой - и мне не помогли.
Номера просторные, чистые (иногда к уборке были нарекания, но не до стадии «звоню на ресепшен»).
Разнообразная еда в основном ресторане. Уверена, что каждый сможет найти что нибудь себе по вкусу)
До ресторанов а ля карт мы не дошли, так что рассказать не о чем.
Если вы любители вечерних променадов, то отель для этого совершенно не подходит. Территория слишком маленькая, но можно выйти за пределы отеля и в 10ти минутах ходьбы вдоль торговых точек - вы дойдете до центра Кемера.

Cons:

Из минусов.
Звукоизоляция не очень. Нам не очень повезло с расположением номера (прямо у лифта) и пьяные песни (вероятно, в отеле есть караоке), а иногда просто последствия возлияния долетали до нас до ночи.
Я бы предложила заменить лежаки у моря. На такие же как у бассейна) очень люблю лежать на пляже и слушать шум моря, но моя спина не выдержала такой коллаборации) и пришлось переехать к бассейну.

Но это, возможно, не минусы) а просто стечение обстоятельств)
