Great stay
Pros:

From the moment we entered the place everything was amazing. Ms Ayten at the check in was great, very friendly and accommodating. Everyone was very attentive and helpful at every point. Room is very comfortable and clean. The food is amazing, we have stayed in some other all inclusive hotels in the area and this was by far the best buffet. Cocktails are great, nothing is watered down or tasting too syrupy. Just a great bartender at the bar making tasty cocktails. He even made us something off the menu which was very tasty. Also shout out to the kitchen staff as I had to freeze my medicine container's ice packs and he did everything he could to make it happen.

Big bonus was whole staff was respectful towards the stray cats around which is incredible.

Pros:

В этот отель приезжаем уже второй раз, очень нравится расположение. Горы+сосны+море, это просто идеально. Дышится легко и пахнет соснами, спокойная атмосфера, можно гулять с колясочкой и наслаждаться природой. В этом году дочке 2,5 года и очень оценили пространство для детей (много игрушек, горок, машинок и ещё мероприятия для малышей + мини зоопарк и много котиков на территории). Еда тоже отличная в том числе и для малышей, утром есть каши, днём и вечером супы. Особо хочется отметить утреннюю рассылку с мероприятиями, очень удобно и по любым вопросам можно написать напрямую дружелюбному менеджеру (у нас была Жайна). Одним словом нам очень понравилось, приедем ещё. 😌

Great hotel, definitely recommend for a tranquil holiday
Pros:

We have really enjoyed our stay at Marti Myra. The hotel is very well built and maintained, the territory is very green which is why we chose this hotel. The food was great and varied throughout our stay, there were a lot of cool spots activities and overall it was a wonderful place for a holiday. The staff was extremely helpful and accommodating with everything. I want to particularly thank Jaina that was in touch with us throughout the stay and quickly and efficiently helped with every request we have had.

В отеле красивая и большая ухоженная территория. Есть подогреваемый бассейн для взрослых и детей, вода+30. Спасибо персоналу на рецепшен, все внимательные, на нашу просьбу продлить номер на пару часов- пошли нам на встречу. В этом отеле уютный каждый уголок. Питание как и во всех турецких отелях, разнообразие.Вернемся еще!

Das Personal spricht kaum englisch, vorwiegend russisch und türkisch , deshalb Verständigung teilweise sehr schwierig

Pros:

Понравилось: территория, очень грамотно все в отеле сделано, ничего не напрягает, отель тихий, если хотите тусоваться , то лучше другой отель, на майские было мало народа. Понравился номер. Детям понравился мини зоопарк. Детский клуб понравился внучке 15 лет. Правда удивило, что поделки для раскрашивания продаются за 10 евро. Отель 5 звезд, как- то странно. В еде все устраивало. Все есть.

Cons:

Персонал очень расслаблен, не работал хамам, один небольшой подогреваемый бассейн. Анимация вечером фактически не было, хотя может просто сезон не начался.

Территория просто великолепная: зелёная, ухоженная, очень красивая, гулять по ней — одно удовольствие. Обслуживание на высшем уровне, персонал невероятно приветливый и доброжелательный, всегда с улыбкой и готовностью помочь.

Особенно хочется отметить сотрудницу Жайну — очень внимательная, отзывчивая и душевная. Все наши просьбы и пожелания выполнялись мгновенно, с искренней заботой.

Отдых получился потрясающим, оставил море эмоций, радости и самых тёплых воспоминаний! 🌴💛
Хотелось бы обязательно приехать сюда ещё раз!

Pros:

Very green location, friendly team, healthy food and excellent sport academy activities, enough for all ages and abilities, I personally attended yoga every day of my stay, kids were enjoying volley, pingpong, waterpolo and gym. That all next to the perfect see and all animation. Warm swimming pool and a lot of very stylish quiet lounges for reading and talking were also very nice. Personnel reacted on every request fast and was very friendly.

Cons:

Booking says you could sleep on sofa, but I'd advice a proper bed. I'd prefer still and sparkling water at the restorant to be available for self service. Some facilities were closed beginning of the season, like spa and 2 restaurants and we were not aware at the time of booking, though we had enough to do. In old not repaired buildings the light could go off for half a minute in the peak hours, repaired fast.
