Pros:

Hôtel agréable, calme, avec une jolie piscine. J’y ai passé une première nuit tout à fait sympathique, au point de réserver à nouveau dès le week-end suivant.

Cons:

La restauration le week-end est vraiment très limitée. Lors de mon séjour, impossible d’avoir même quelque chose de simple comme un sandwich. On peut évidemment se faire livrer, mais c’est dommage pour un hôtel de ce type.

Surtout, je n’ai pas trouvé l’accueil très commerçant lorsque j’ai malheureusement dû annuler mon deuxième séjour après être tombé en panne avec ma voiture ancienne. Je comprends parfaitement les conditions d’annulation et je ne les conteste pas. En revanche, j’aurais apprécié un peu plus d’écoute et de considération. Pas même un « Est-ce que tout va bien ? » ou une tentative de trouver une solution.

J’ai évoqué la possibilité d’un petit geste lors d’un prochain séjour, éventuellement un surclassement si disponible : réponse immédiatement très fermée.

Rien ne les obligeait à le faire, bien entendu. Mais le sens du commerce, c’est aussi parfois savoir fidéliser un client qui revient dès le week-end suivant.

Very nice place, nice staff, very poor communication on post-stay charges on the deposit card.
Pros:

Beautiful location, very nice decor and the rooms are very well designed.

Cons:

A surprise charge of ~60 EUR without any follow-up or explanation on the part of the hotel, off of the deposit card. Provided we had agreed and were noticed we'd pay ~40 EUR for breakfast and the pet fee, we were charged almost 100 EUR after we left.

I don't write reviews, and I do have to appreciate the beauty of their place, but this level of rudeness is very hard to pass. At least explain yourselves, tell us what you didn't like: the fact we cleaned up the floor with our home brought spray, since we came with a dog; having used the rooms is a very respectful way; notifying you we'll leave early and setting up the entire checkout process.

I guess none... or all of these?

60 EUR is absolutely change money given how much everything cost on our trip, but just the fact it was overcharged with no explanation makes this an absolutely terrible experience.

Pros:

Hôtel propre, agréable avec un jardin et déco sympa. Personnel très agréable. Bon petit déjeuner.

Cons:

Ne pas pouvoir manger le soir à l'hôtel pendant le week-end.
Chambre sur le devant de l'hôtel (côté rue) donne sur une rue très passante.
