Pros:

Close to the Metro station, it's a new hotel with modern amenities.
AC, minibar and kettle are standard features. Decent sized rooms with wardrobe and luggage rack. Breakfast was good and healthy.

Inner window glasses should be frosted to maintain privacy and security. And a full size mirror will be appreciated by the guests.

Pros:

The front desk staff handled everything efficiently. I would recommend this hotel without any second thought.
Had a good stay where the housekeeping is typically prompt and thorough, and the restaurant or room service teams are attentive to your needs.
Overall, the customer service is great and that leaves you with a lasting impression of warmth and hospitality.

Cons:
