Un séjour avec de très bons atouts. L'emplacement est parfait, très proche du centre, ce qui permet de faire de nombreuses visites à pied. L'accueil est très souriant, la chambre d'une propreté irréprochable et c'est très pratique de pouvoir garer sa voiture gratuitement dans leur parking privé. Mention spéciale pour le petit-déjeuner servi au 1er étage : excellent et très varié (pâtisseries, charcuterie, fruits).
En revanche, la salle de bain est un peu exiguë avec une porte s'ouvrant vers l'intérieur, ce qui gêne les mouvements. L'établissement est également assez bruyant, en raison du bruit de l'ascenseur et de voisins manquant de discrétion qui parlaient très fort.
Nada mas llegar me indicaron para colocar el coche en el parking, es curioso pero si no no aparcas.

Solo fallo el ultimo día que no les dio tiempo a hacer la habitación. Lo de siempre mucho trabajo para el personal, que los días que hicieron la habitación OK.

Locatie van het hotel is super, personeel bij het inchecken was vriendelijk de receptioniste gaf op de kaart van Porto meteen uitleg over de bezienswaardigheden. Kamer was zeer netjes en werd elke dag schoongemaakt. We waren 2 uur voor incheck tijdstip al aanwezig maar dat was zeker geen probleem!
Het ontbijt was niet mega uitgebreid, jammer dat er geen gebakken en of gekookte eieren waren. Het ontbijt mag wel wat afwisselender zijn. Het ontbijt werd steeds goed aangevuld, het opruimen door het personeel werd goed bijgehouden.

Los espacios son reducidos, pero calculo que por la zona histórica, esto es la norma. Un poco incómodo para movilidad reducida. Escaleras, unos 6 escalones, en el acceso, sin rampa alternativa.

Not pram friendly, onsite parking was tiny, I left a tee sirt in the room which went missing and they were unhelpful at returning it to me, breakfast was very basic cold cakes. The hotel is in dire need of a refurbishment it was not good value for money for the quality of the hotel.
