Thank you very much for the wonderful holiday. Overall, we had a very enjoyable stay.
We would especially like to thank Yusuf at the bar for his excellent service and friendly attitude.

Cons:

However, there was one very disappointing aspect of the resort: the blonde woman working at the mini market. Her attitude towards guests was extremely rude and unprofessional. She often spoke to people in a very unpleasant and disrespectful way, and she appeared to close the shop whenever she wanted, regardless of the advertised opening hours.
This kind of behaviour is completely unacceptable in a resort where guests are supposed to feel welcome and respected. Management should seriously address this issue, as one employee's attitude can negatively affect the overall guest experience.
Apart from this, we had a great holiday and appreciate the efforts of the rest of the staff.

La amplitud de las habitaciones, terraza privada, decoración de jardines...

Para nosotros hubo dos temas que bajan un poco el listón:
- La animación. Ojo, las dos chicas fueron majísimas, no es por ellas, el tema es que los horarios indicados no correspondían con las actividades realizadas en varias ocasiones, o empezaban mucho mas tarde, o no se hacían...
A parte por las tardes casi nunca había actividades dinámicas en la piscina, tampoco hay kids club con actividades exclusivas para los niños (sin acompañamiento de los adultos). Sólo hay 1 persona de animación en todo el día por lo que deduzco que es por ese motivo.

- La limpieza era adecuada, pero nos molestó encontrar cucarachas en la habitación durante varios días... se entiende que cerca de zonas ajardinadas es más fácil que ocurra pero quizás deberían controlar más las plagas pues se hace incómodo levantarse de noche y encontrarte a estos invitados...

Por lo demás, personal muy majo, la comida estaba bien y el desayuno mejor, agradecemos el trato recibido y lo recomendaría, pero con esos matices
