Pros:

Tout le lit confortable,l'accueil de l'hôtesse très aimable et agréable. Le restaurant, bref à la prochaine fois.

Escale a Castets
Pros:

Nous avons séjourné une nuit dans cet établissement et avons beaucoup apprécié cette étape. L’hôtel est propre, confortable et très bien situé, dans un environnement plutôt calme tout en restant à proximité des commodités. Un McDonald’s est accessible à pied et un bon restaurant se trouve juste à côté, où nous avons d’ailleurs agréablement dîné.

En résumé, une très bonne expérience pour notre court séjour de passage. Nous y avons passé une soirée et une nuit très agréables. 😊

Muito decepcionado e não voltarei mais

A entrada da hotel, suja, com cadeiras desarrumadas.
Já há alguns anos que paro neste hotel 6 vezes por ano, era simpático e acolhedor.
Actualmente não tem nada de agradável
Havia as almofadas que estavam na cama e ainda uma suplente, actualmente não existe nem almofada, com uma cobertura extra.
Na casa de banho havia para cada pessoa, uma toalha de rosto e uma de banho, agora só uma toalha de banho por pessoa e mais nada.
Havia e era muito acolhedor na mesa do quarto, um tabuleiro com chá, café, biscoitos, chávenas em loiça e uma cafeteira eléctrica, havia também 2 cadeiras no quarto de casal, agora só há uma.
Actualmente existe a cafeteira e um saquinho de chá e um de café, mas as chávenas não existem.
O pequeno almoço também muito mal servido.
As recepcionistas justificam que mudou de gerência.
O preço aumentou e a qualidade diminuiu bastante.
