The good: Room service was the only food we ate, and it was great. The vegetarian menu was limited, but staff happily arranged off-menu options for us.
We stayed for 2 nights and paid around €1900, booked into the Loft Suite, and unfortunately the experience didn’t match the price.
The bad: On our first night, a constant buzzing noise started in the room sometime in the middle of the night. My wife woke to it around 5 am and tried to figure out the source — we even turned off the AC thinking that was the cause, but the noise persisted. She had almost no sleep for the rest of the night.
We reported it the next morning. By evening, staff said it was noise from some external machinery that couldn’t be fixed due to a technical issue, and offered to move us to the Cave Suite instead — a room that was actually €40-50 cheaper than what we’d booked, and smaller, with fewer amenities and less privacy. The receptionist convinced us to accept the switch by promising a warm pool (26°C), since our original pool had been on the colder side and we’d planned to enjoy it at sunset. Once we moved, we found the “warm” pool was actually much colder than our original one. Maintenance told us heating it properly would take at least 2-3 hours, so we missed sunset entirely and had no interest in a cold pool after dark. It felt like we’d been misled into accepting the room swap.
As compensation, the hotel comped our room service (~€150).

Le Petit déjeuner du restaurant Cremnos est un Buffet avec des Produits frais de grande qualité. Très copieux et varié 10/10
Le soir nous avons apprécié le live music coté bar avec un violoniste.
La salle de fitness située dans ce bâtiment original est extrêmement grande et dispose de tous les équipements nécessaires.
Points d’amélioration : une douche extérieure à l’eau douce sur la terrasse aurait été appréciée

Accès au spa uniquement avec l’achat d’un soin, dommage…
Un technicien est passé à 8h50 sur notre terrasse - très surprenant même si nous avions été prévenus d’un passage possible par le staff.
Le restaurant Umi de l’hôtel voisin est sans intérêt
It was a great experience to stay at Acro Suites, the location of the resort is exceptional, located on the cliff by the sea wich makes the resort to be very unique. We chose the cave suite and we had by far one of the most amazing and unforgettable views. The staff is impeccable and made our stay that much more enjoyable. This resort is undeniably the best choice when you are looking for a place that beautifully blends elegance and sophistication with the raw beauty of nature. Every detail is thoughtfully designed, allowing modern luxury to harmoniously coexist with the rugged landscape, dramatic cliffs and endless blue sea.

Nous avons séjourné dans l’hôtel Acro Suites dans le cadre de notre lune de miel.
> Nous avons été particulièrement déçus par l’un des restaurants de l’hôtel (UMI), qui nous avait été recommandé par le concierge. Malheureusement, l’expérience n’a pas été à la hauteur de ce que l’on peut attendre d’un établissement de ce standing. La vue est certes superbe, mais la cuisine et les vins étaient très moyens (ceviche complètement cuit, idem pour le poulpe — extrêmement décevant, surtout pour les prix affichés), et l’ambiance a été gâchée par la musique très forte provenant du club voisin du même hôtel. Nous avons quitté notre table de manière précipitée.
Nous en avons fait part à l’hôtel. Ce qui distingue un hôtel 5 étoiles n’est pas l’absence d’erreur, mais la manière dont il réagit lorsqu’un client est déçu. C’est cette absence de considération qui nous a le plus surpris et qui laisse malheureusement une impression en décalage avec le niveau de service que l’on est en droit d’attendre d’un établissement de cette catégorie.
> Les services de l’hôtel dans leur ensemble : par exemple, la femme de ménage a laissé nos déchets devant notre porte toute la journée ; nous avons dû demander les refill.
> Nécessité de payer un soin pour accéder au SPA (à >800€ la nuit, c’est difficile à justifier).
> La localisation est mauvaise : il n’y a absolument rien autour, tout nécessite au moins 30min de voiture.
Dans l’ensemble hormis notre expérience au restaurant (mauvais, très cher), nous avons passé un bon séjour. Mais ce n’est pas à la hauteur d’un hôtel 5 étoiles. Et à ces prix là, le service doit être meilleur.

Die Unterkunft/Location ist wirklich gut gelegen und toll gestaltet.
Der Service, keine Sonnenschirme am Pool, unser Zimmer war deutlich kleiner als angegeben, keine Schränke im Zimmer, Handwerker waren ungefragt in unserem Zimmer….
La posizione, gli arredamenti e la stanza erano davvero belli. Il paesaggio é unico e si respira molta calma e serenità.
Lo staff, perlomeno alcuni della reception non erano all’altezza della struttura. Ho chiesto di poter allungare il mio soggiorno di una notte, mentre qui su booking c’era disponibilità, loro hanno deciso di togliere le camere da booking e mi hanno riproposto la stessa stanza ma ad un prezzo ben superiore e non sono stati disposti a farmi lo stesso prezzo. Avevo perfino chiesto di poter cambiare stanza qualora non fosse più disponibile la mia, ma non ho visto alcun tipo di partecipazione o interesse nei nostri confronti, questo non mi é piaciuto. Inoltre dal bagno c’era un cattivo odore.

Cet endroit est un rêve. L’accueil est impeccable, chaleureux, un vrai havre de paix. La restauration est absolument délicieuse, dans un cadre absolument sublime. Les chambres sont parfaite avec une vue à couper le souffle sur le lever du soleil. Une parenthèse enchantée !

The location overlooking the sea is absolutely breathtaking. We loved our private suite with the most amazing views of the sea from the bed, shower and our private patio.
Two minor things: the private plunge pool within our suite was very cold, making using the private pool not a pleasant experience despite the wonderful views. The in room water was only refilled once daily in the afternoon which was slightly inconvenient because the tap water was bad tasting and so we went the whole day without having water in the room, without anywhere close to buy any water from.
It was quiet but the location is too hilly. Very hard to go for an evening stroll.
No communal pool area that was actively used. The pool is shallow and decorative rather than for swimming. Rooms have their own private plunge pools and days are very secluded. More a couples or honeymoon destination.
Staff were amazing thank you George for looking after us. Resort is stunning we will be back
Fue una experiencia increíble. Quiero destacar la amabilidad de todo el personal. El desayuno era exquisito, el gimnasio muy completo. Teníamos habitación con piscina y era precioso ver el amanecer desde allí.
Había mosquitos, pero nos ofrecieron un repelente e incluso un stick cuando nos picaron.
