Разочаровани сме от: видяните 3 хлебарки в стаята, една от които на леглото, заради които трябваше да се местим посред нощ, както и отношението на собственика на хотела по случая след това- оправданията, че хлебарките не били германски, а "липови", и дори опита за вменяване на вина, че ние едва ли не сме си ги пуснали сами в стаята (през прозореца), нищо че дори не сме го отваряли.

Отель вызвал уважение своим качеством комфорта и продуманностью всех деталей для удобства.
Pros:

Великолепный отель! Все продумано для комфортного пребывания. Чистота везде идеальная, современный красивый дизайн. Большие светлые комнаты, СПА фантастический по дизайну и разнообразию услуг, приветливый персонал. Ресторан с большим выбором блюд и шведским столом.
Мы остались очень довольны! Искренне рекомендуем!

СПА-то беше много добро. Персоналът в СПА центъра беше много любезен.

Cons:

Храната в ресторанта не си струва. Сервитьорката в желанието си да бъде много любезна, забрави част от поръчката.

Cons:

Имаше подземен паркинг със свободни места. Посещението ни беше за една нощувка, на сутринта когато си тръгвахме видяхме, че имаме бележка на колата както и на още една кола също с текст “моля изкарайте колата от паркинга”. При напускане на хотела заплатихме такса за паркинг около 7,15€ без все още да сме видяли тази бележка. Въпроса е затова че не сме премахнали колата веднага ли имаме такса или си има така или иначе. Иначе хотели е повече от прекрасен.

Another lovely stay
Pros:

This is the second time I was able to purchase a deal the venue had on (I always travel on a budget and find deals very helpful).

Thank you Maria at reception for always being so helpful.

Great staff overall - reception, housekeepers, restaurant staff.
I always recommend the breakfast omelette they make in front of you :)

Lovely summer garden :)

Cons:

Constructive feedback for the venue in the hope it helps them : the room I stayed in had an amazing air conditioner which made all the difference in the high temperature :)
From past experience I'm not sure if the air conditioning is as good in all types of rooms (summers can get very hot in Bulgaria)

Pros:

Прекрасен хотел! Всичко беше на ниво, нямаме забележки. Надмина очакванията ни. Просторни, удобни стаи с голяма баня. Бяхме посрещнати с комплимент в стаята - плодове и минерална вода. Има паркинг на разположение на гостите. Изобилна и многоразнообразна закуска. Ресторанта в хотела също много ни хареса. Благодарим на целия персонал, който с усмивките си направи престоят ни още по-добър!

Hidden gem in Sliven
Pros:

Hotel is unassuming when you enter the lobby, but the sauna area and restaurant is amazing. Truly a hidden gem!

Cons:

Walk in shower instead of step-in tub would be nice
