The staff was very kind.

Cons:

The hotel advertises free parking on Booking, but this information is misleading. The free parking spaces are very limited, and during both days of my stay there were no available spots at all. The only option offered was the hotel’s garage, which costs €7 per day. If parking is limited and guests are expected to pay for the garage, this should be clearly stated in the listing. I found this very disappointing and unfair, as parking availability was one of the reasons I chose this hotel.

Pros:

Отсядали сме преди 3-4 години тук и тогава синът ми беше на 5-6 години. Допадаше ни местоположението и Спа центърът.
При сегашния ни престой забелязахме, че нещата са се променили. Като се започне от новите условия за ползване на спа центъра /без деца под 14 год/, премине се през неадекватното и неучтиво отношение от рецепция (Мария), еднообразната храна на закуска, остарялата материална база на хотела и липсата на отношение от страна на собственика /който предния път се усмихваше и поздравяваше гостите си, избрали хотела му, а сега кръжеше намусен/ и стигнем до грешно анулираната ни резервация от страна на хотела в деня на реалното ни пристигане - какво повече да се добави за "приятен" престой.
Единствените приветливи и усмихнати служители бяха в ресторанта, дамата, която прави палачинки и омлети беше наистина ведра и с желание обгрижваше дошлите да закусят.
Дочухме разговори за ниско заплащане и недобро отношение към персонала...

Аз не отидох на спа, защото хотелът не разполага с детски кът и нямаше къде да оставя детето си, след като то не може да ме придружи до басейна и сауните. Явно насочеността и концепцията не са за семейства с деца.
Като цяло сме разочаровани и не бихме се върнали в този хотел.
