The size of the room was stunning and the views from the balcony is one of a kind. The food was delicious and the staff was amazingly kind.

Più tutto la posizione, le camere si affacciano su un panorama mozzafiato, io avevo la camera sulla caldera. Nel percorso verso le camere, corridoi scuri e rilassanti, molto di effetto, un profumo meraviglioso. La zona palestra è stupenda. La pulizia davvero impeccabile, la camera è dotata di impianto elettrico all’avanguardia, per la gestione di illuminazione molto suggestiva, anche all’interno degli armadi, condizionamento e tv di grandi dimensioni, che, da spenta, riflette la bellezza della camera e del suo panorama.
Ho apprezzato anche molto la macchina nespresso per il caffè, il gentile omaggio di un’ottima bottiglia di vino locale, il letto comodissimo con cuscini di due tipologie, più ampio e più sottile.
L’arredamento poi merita una menzione a parte, c’è uno studio dell’architettura dell’interno che si integra perfettamente con quella esterna e con l’ambiente vulcanico dell’isola. Le porte, le pareti, le superfici, i lavandini, grandissima attenzione ai materiali perfettamente armonizzati tra loro, con contrasto di colore e di superficie.
La colazione, servita in camera secondo un menu estremamente vario, è favolosa: tutto buonissimo, dolce e salato, presentato in maniera da soddisfare oltre che il palato anche la vista.
Forse una delle cose, inoltre, che ho apprezzato di più è il meraviglioso silenzio che si gode in questo posto magico. Ed in questo unico silenzio, non scontato in un’isola che ama anche la mondanità, ci si immerge in un panorama da sogno, che cambia ad ogni ora del giorno e ad ogni nuvola che passa, in maniera immersiva.

Absolutely incredible! We stayed in the Cave Suite Caldera View and it was exceptional. The views, service and staff were amazing and we can’t wait to return. Great location with lots nearby including a lovely souvlaki restaurant just next door. The room service breakfast has a lot of options to choose from- all of which are amazing. Thank you One of One for this unforgettable stay!

La chambre et la vue sont parfaites.

breakfast - amazing. Views, stunning. Room was amazing, so clean and very big and comfortable.

Everything was perfect: suite with an amazing view, breakfast and dinner, massages, fitness room, etc.

The hotel is very calm and intimate with high quality services and very nice and welcoming staff.

Kind staff and great to have your own pool.

Update: the manager reached out to me and kindly and professionally handled the situation offering a partial refund so the situation is fixed.

Be careful when booking “sunrise” rooms!
Photos from the booking don’t show that your pool (and room itself) is extremely close to the road! Which cause a lot of noise from cars, bikes and trucks (as well as curious looks from drivers) ! The road itself is literally over the fence which is around 5-7 meters from the entrance of your room!

The description and photos were not clear to mention that and my next door neighbour were shocked and very disappointed because these sunrise rooms costed 500€

The only one thing that hotel can propose you is to upgrade your room which is + 500€ per night :)))) If it’ll be available

The rest is that Rooms are very stylish, big, and clean. Stuff is nice. Sunset rooms are magical.

Staff are very friendly. Facilities are just great.

Our stay at One of One Hotel was truly exceptional from the very moment we arrived. Walking into the room felt like stepping into a luxury design magazine — every detail was elegant, modern, calming, and absolutely beautiful. The atmosphere was unforgettable, with soft music already playing in the room, warm ambient lighting, a bottle of wine waiting for us with glasses, and delicious bite-sized hors d’oeuvres that made us immediately feel welcomed and relaxed after traveling.
The room itself completely speaks for itself — stunning architecture, sophisticated décor, and an incredible indoor-outdoor feel that perfectly captures the beauty and serenity of Santorini. Every corner felt thoughtfully designed, luxurious, and peaceful.
What made the experience even more special was the staff. Every single person we interacted with was exceptional — warm, attentive, professional, and genuinely caring. They made us feel welcomed throughout our entire stay and elevated the whole experience even further.
This hotel was not just a place to stay; it became part of the Santorini experience itself. Absolutely unforgettable, highly recommended, and worth every moment.
