Cons:

The elevators (2 in total for a 34 story building) are definitely inadequate. Some cosmetic damage to floors and wall coverings. Appreciate plenty of outlets.

Would definitely stay again
Pros:

We enjoyed our stay. The location is close to the beach, train station, and lots of shopping. The suite is reasonably large, with a separate bedroom, sitting room, and kitchen. The bathroom was small, but useable and nice towels. The kitchen had almost everything one would need, except for no table knives; just one large kitchen knife. Our 10th floor suite did not have much of a view, but we knew that in advance. For the price, we would definitely stay here again.

Cons:

Three evenings in a row we lost internet and were told to reboot the router, which worked. They were not able to discover the problem. The elevators are often very congested, several times we had to wait for three elevators to come by.

地點絕佳、生活機能便利，房間也夠大，室內設備應有盡有。這次的住宿真的非常滿意，我和太太討論了，住宿非常的值得!
Pros:

住宿地點樓下就可以逛街，便利商店、烤肉餐廳、豬肉湯飯、美食街、超級市場都在附近，走路1-2分鐘就可以到達。而且房間隔音很好，這次住12樓不會聽到街道的聲音。有洗衣機非常的便利，可以少帶換洗衣服。房間內還有煮食爐具、微波爐、飲水機、大冰箱，很適合連續住好幾天的生活。房間非常乾淨空氣也很好。而且使用電子式按鍵門鎖，不用擔心房卡遺失!

這次的住宿真的非常滿意，我和太太想過了，幾乎沒有缺點。
