Pros:

Clean, easy, as advertised.

Cons:

No staff, self checkin and no flexibility to check in even a minute earlier since there's only a tablet and no staff.

Pros:

Very good location. The room was very cosy but I had everything what I needed.

Cons:

When you have a heavy luggage you need to carry it through the stairs.

It was overall a really good stay, I would say value for money it's the best hotel/Airbnb I've ever stayed at especially also considering location and the amenities.

大通りまで程近くこの価格、コスパ最強！
Pros:

とにかく安かった。
一泊3618円で泊まれた。
市内にも近く、部屋は普通のアパートの一室。
湯船は無く、シャワーだけ。だが充分。
シャワー室は綺麗。
部屋には電気ケトルと冷房庫、電子レンジに洗濯機、テレビあり。
コンセントもあり。

Cons:

コンセントはあるが、充電器がないと使えない。
USBケーブルだけ持って部屋に行ったら、ACプラグがないと使えない。
車で旅行に行く際は、コンセントをUSBにするプラグも持って行くように。

ドアの壁が薄い。
自分の部屋に上がる際に他の部屋の前を通ったら中での話し声が外まで聞こえていた。

窓からの展望は無し。隣のビルの壁しか見えない。

また利用したい。
Pros:

他の方がクチコミしてあるように、無事に入れるのか不安でしたが 難なくクリアできました。
スリッパが汚れていたので、使用は控えました。
それ以外は、シャワー室、トイレなど綺麗なので、快適にすごせました。チェックアウトが12時なので、イベント前までゆっくり過ごせて有難かったです。

Cons:

スリッパが汚れている。お部屋まで多少暗い。(ライトが切れていた)これからの季節は、ベイプがあった方が良いと思いました。(部屋に蚊がいた)

老朽化してるマンションなので水が臭い
賃貸マンションの方もおり、
入り口階段に自転車を路上駐車、
違法なので撤去して欲しい
替えのタオルを連泊の時サボる

Smell of cigarette
Pros:

Location was good and the bed was relatively comfortable.

Cons:

The place is humid. The check-in is a mess as the lock boxes never work and they just put post-it notes telling you to try another one, then another one etc. The WORST was by far the horrible smell of cigarette: we stayed in room 202 and the one next to us (201 if I remember well) was clearly a smoker's. The smell would get in out unit and there's no getting rid of it. It was simply disgusting, I wouldn't stay there again just for that reason.

Annonce trompeuse, hygiène déplorable et séjour cauchemardesque ! À fuir !

Notre séjour de 2 nuits dans cet établissement a été une immense déception. Nous pensions avoir réservé un hôtel 3 étoiles, mais il s'agit en réalité d'une chambre quelconque avec un équipement médiocre qui mérite à peine une étoile. L'annonce est totalement trompeuse, c'est inadmissible de la part de Booking de laisser passer cela !
​Voici le détail de notre affreuse expérience :
​L'accès à la chambre : L'annonce ne précise pas qu'il n'y a aucun ascenseur, ce qui a été une véritable épreuve avec nos deux bagages. Arrivés devant la porte, le cadenas contenant la clé était extrêmement difficile à ouvrir.
​Une hygiène douteuse et inacceptable : À notre arrivée, les toilettes étaient sales et aucun produit d'entretien n'était fourni pour que nous puissions nettoyer nous-mêmes. La chambre sentait mauvais, tout comme les chaussons mis à disposition. On se demande sincèrement si le ménage est fait entre deux séjours. Le comble de l'horreur : nous avons découvert que le linge de lit est stocké directement sur le sol, sous le lit ! C'est tout simplement immonde.
​Des équipements manquants ou mensongers : Aucune serviette de bain n'était fournie ! Nous avons été contraints de ne pas nous doucher et d'attendre d'arriver à notre hôtel suivant... De plus, contrairement à ce qui est indiqué sur l'annonce, le lave-linge n'est pas présent dans la pièce.
​Un sommeil impossible : L'isolation est inexistante. La chambre est exposée à un bruit infernal (les passants dans le couloir, les gens qui descendent les escaliers, ainsi que la circulation des voitures). Le frigo, bien que grand, fait un bruit énorme la nuit. Enfin, la vitre située au-dessus de la porte d'entrée laisse passer la lumière, nous réveillant en plein soleil dès 4h du matin.
​En résumé, les prestations ne sont absolument pas à la hauteur de ce qui est vendu. Nous déconseillons fortement ce logement.
