Second time! Perfect location and great value for money

Disapointment, Safety hazard! AVOID IT!

The only positive thing I can say about this hotel is that the location is good.

The moment we entered our room, we immediately noticed how hot it was. When we checked the air conditioner, we realized it was blowing warm air instead of cold. We contacted the hotel staff right away and asked them to solve the issue. They offered to change our room the next day and assured us that the new room would not have the same problem.

On the first night, we had to sleep in a room that was around 25°C, sweating all night long. We tolerated it because it was only for one night and we believed we would move into a cooler room with a working AC the next day.

The first room had more problems than just the broken AC and terrible cleanliness. The biggest issue was the bathroom door. If you are not staying here with your spouse or partner, do NOT stay at this hotel. The bathroom door is made of glass, and there is a huge gap around it — around 3–4 cm on the sides and 5–7 cm at the bottom. People outside can easily see inside or even record you.

The next day, we waited for hours outside in the heat so we could move to the second room. We had to leave our luggage in what looked like a storage room and go outside. When we returned in the evening and entered the new room, we realized the AC there was also not working, and the room was even hotter than outside. It was impossible not only to sleep, but even to stay inside. When we informed the hotel, they simply told us there was nothing they could do and that we would have to stay like that.

Most of the features listed on Booking are completely false. There is no “city view terrace” — only a few chairs in front of the hotel facing the street, usually occupied by large families with children. The AC is definitely not individually controlled; it is a central system and it does not work.

تعامل الموظفين وعدم احترامهم للنزيل ورغباته فقدحدثت لنا مشكله في التنظيف وتطاول الموظف السوري عليه وتدخل ابني ممااضطرنا لتبليغ السفاره وخرجنا من الفندق وكان يتبقى لنا يوم مع الافطار كان بالامكان تكبير المشكله والتواصل مع الشرطه السياحية ولكن فضلت الخروج
