Nous avons pris les petits déjeuner à un prix élevé et malheureusement des 9h plus rien à manger de salé.
Plus de vaisselle pour boire un café, plus d’eau non plus.
le personnel est débordé et peu aimable sur les 2 matins! Vraiment honteux. C’est la première fois que nous voyons ça !

Op 150meter van de winkelstraat.

Cons:

Zeer teleurstellend verblijf. Het hotel lijkt al jaren niet meer gerenoveerd te zijn. Onze familiekamer lag helemaal onder het dak en was absoluut niet geschikt om comfortabel te verblijven. De airco werkte telkens maar ongeveer één uur en kreeg de kamer nooit koel, waardoor het constant rond de 25 graden bleef. Slapen was daardoor erg onaangenaam.

Daarnaast waren er overal lage balken aan het plafond. Mensen groter dan 1m70 kunnen hier amper normaal rondlopen zonder hun hoofd te stoten. De kamer rook bovendien verschrikkelijk. In de badkamer lagen zwarte haren, overal lag stof en onder het bed vonden we zelfs spullen van vorige gasten terug. Dat zegt genoeg over de hygiëne en het onderhoud.

Ook het ontbijt was een complete teleurstelling. Begrijpelijk dat er een evenement in Mâcon was, maar er was letterlijk bijna niets meer beschikbaar. De bediening kon de drukte duidelijk niet aan en aanvullen gebeurde nauwelijks.

De algemene staat van het hotel is ronduit triest: de lift, ramen en infrastructuur zijn oud en versleten. Bij het uitchecken heb ik alles gemeld. Als compensatie werd het ontbijt gratis aangeboden, wat eigenlijk logisch was aangezien er nauwelijks iets te eten was.

Kortom: absoluut geen verblijf dat ik zou aanraden.
