All reservations will be subject to the payment of an environmental tax, the cost of this tax will be MX $145.24. Prices are in Mexican pesos and per night payable directly at the hotel reception at the time of check in.
Please note that guests staying on a Saturday night may need to change rooms. The hotel will work to avoid this scenario, but when necessary, management will work directly with guests to speed up this process.

O café da manhã era bem completo, nao pude aproveitar muito pq gosto mesmo do cafe brasileiro, mas isso é gosto pessoal. Tinham muitas opçoes de frutas, paes, ovos, bacon e outros
Únicos itens que deixou a desejar foi o mar, que não é tao atrativo para banho e a falta de uma bola de futebol. Um funcionario cedeu uma, informando que era a utilizada para diversos esportes, inclusive futebol, e ao chegar na quadra, meu filho e meu marido foram abordados por uma funcionaria, pedindo que parasse de usar a bola para aquele fim, que era proibido. Alem da ausencia da bola, algo simples de resolver, a contradiçao pelos funcionarios, os deixaram constrngidos.

They were doing some construction I guess next to our room. Not sure what it was, but every time that I took my son to the room for a nap, they were hammering.
La habitación grande cómoda. Las piletas muy buenas y súper limpias. El servicio a la habitación súper rápido. Los fotógrafos son los más!
Las actividades muy pocas. No hay casi playa para meterse. El menú del mediodía nunca cambia. El señor que te atiende en el bar la rotonda nunca fue amable. El trato en general si no sos de EEUU, Canadá etc no te dan ni bola. Solo fue excelente el señor que nos recibió.
The staff and food were fantastic
There is no beach, the pictures online are from 2005 or earlier. Where the beach should be there are giant sand bags.
Food was good. Service was good. No need to leave the hotel.
There was no beach like shown on the images. All in was wierd needed to sign 0 checks and some things still cost some money.

The rooms are spacious and very comfortable. Especially for families. The resort is easy to navigate—it’s big, but not too big. Staff were very helpful and attentive.
The food and drinks were not the best. In the buffets, it seemed food was always picked over and limited. Ordering lunch at the restaurants was nice to have made to order, but it took very long because you are competing with room service/pool side orders.
People save chairs by the pool at 7 am and don’t actually sit on them until hours later. The hotel should have a policy for this. It’s silly and makes the experience less enjoyable.
There were amazing staff, comfy beds, great food and it was a very clean resort. Played Pickleball with the staff and rode bikes to explore. All the pools were a great temperature.
The only downside was the aggressive Timeshare concierge. He said it was mandatory to attend a meeting. We ended up having to cancel as my husband had a medical emergency at the same time as the meeting and they charged us for it. Luckily the beautiful Gina at the checkout managed to get the charge waived.
