Nous avons apprecié la gentilesse et le respect de l’ensemble du personnel de nettoyage et de l ́hotellerie. Et 5 etoiles pour les soins soins du spa qui est super propre et Edith et Juana sont des professionnels hyper competants pour nous qui avons l’habitue chaque annee de faire des soins dans divers Spa.

Pour un 5 etoiles Pas une bouteille d eau dabs,la chambre . 1 Bar vide meme cobtre u ne caution nous aurions aimé nous rafraichir par cette chaleur donc obliges de sortir faire des achats 🤨
Deplus à notre arrivee pas la chambre que nous avons reservé cela peut arriver nous avons proposé de up grader dans une suite que nous avions vue de libre sur booking nous leurs avons montré qu ́il y avait 190 euros de difference entre notre reservation raté et la suite et que pas de soucis nius payons la difference . Ils nous ont prepare la suite mais a notre grandre suprise ay lidu de 190 euros nous avons ete debite de 371 euros . Ils nous ont dit que nous aurons dû faire les changements de reservatio s toutes seule a l’accueil de l’hotel avec booking eux ils.nous ont facturé le prix de l’hotel

Pas produits dd toilettes juste le basique 2 verres seche cheveux et 1 gele douche plus basqique pas de tapis de duche .
Obligé de demander.
Le personnel de nettoyage tres gentils mais pas nombreux.

Pedi upgrade para quarto com varanda com respetivo pagamento do valor extra e o pedido foi facilitado prontamente

Cons:

Quarto sem varanda, com apenas 2 janelas com vista para o edifício em frente. Esta informação devia estar clara na informação do quarto. O quarto localiza-se num edifício no qual servem os lanches da tarde, muito cheiro a comida!

O local é a simpatia de todo o staff

Cons:

Os escorregas do parque aquático. Foram pintados para manterem a boa aparência, mas ficaram muito rugosos, criando bastante desconforto (refiro-me aos escorregas dos adultos).

Espaço com muito potencial, mas a precisar de ajustes com foco no cliente.
Pros:

O Hotel é acolhedor e tem muito potencial. Uma localizacao espetacular e um espaço envolvente interessante. A piscina interior tambem é muito agradável.

Cons:

Do horario de check in que é muito tardio. Das refeições em meia pensao por terem pouca opcao. Das camas das crianças nas casinhas coloridas por terem colchoes desconfortáveis. Outra coisa que não faz sentido é nao podermos usufruir do parque aquatico no dia do check out. Uma vez que o check in é muito tarde (17h) e o check out cedo, deveriam compensar permitindo a utilizacao do espaço. Podem fazer alhumas melhorias, inclusive no atendimento ao cliente que facilmente faria ultrapassar todas estas questões, incluindo na área da animação !

poseram me num quarto que nao era a minha reserva, quarto sem varanda quando ligava o acondicionado cheirava a tinta noite muito barulhenta jantar comida muito fraca, para um hotel 4 estrelas o serviço estava muito mau, só encontrei uma pessoa decente a responsável pela entrada o resto muito mau mesmo, ja fui nesse hotel várias vezes desta vez havia de ter sido reembolsado

ein Hotel, das sich gewohnt ist, Fahrradfahrer zu beherbergen.
Pros:

Das Hotel liegt an der Hauptstrasse am Meer und hat verschiedene Zimmerkategoriern - wir erhielten ein Upgrade und genossen so einen Seitenblick aufs Meer. Das Zimmer war gross und sauber - das Buffet-Essen am Abend (wir konnten nur HP buchen) hat etwas für jeden geboten - gut bürgerliche Küche.
Badetücher für den geheizten Pool erhielt man via Jeton, den man am Schluss beim Check-out wieder abgeben musste. Kaffee im Zimmer gab es keiner.

Cons:

Das Frühstück war ok aber nicht so reichhaltig wie in anderen Hotels (wir essen gerne Müesli)

Um excelente fim de semana. Recomendo o hotel 👌
Pros:

A piscina interior é bastante agradável. Ficámos nas vilas e também gostámos muito dessa zona. Estivemos num quarto de um familiar para 2 adultos e 2 crianças que era enorme e muito bonito. A nível de buffet também gostámos. Recomendo o hotel 👌
