Modernes Hotel mit großen, komfortablen Zimmern, tollem Rooftop-Pool mit beeindruckendem Stadtblick, freundlichem Person
Pros:

Wir hatten einen wirklich sehr schönen Aufenthalt in diesem Hotel in Da Nang. Das Zimmer war großzügig geschnitten und für zwei Personen perfekt geeignet. Die Betten waren bequem und das Zimmer insgesamt gut ausgestattet. Das Badezimmer war sauber und funktional, sodass wir uns dort jederzeit wohlgefühlt haben.

Ein echtes Highlight war der Rooftop-Pool. Er war sauber, gepflegt und bot einen tollen Blick über die Stadt. Besonders am Abend, wenn die Hochhäuser und Straßen beleuchtet sind, entsteht eine wirklich schöne Atmosphäre.

Das Personal war freundlich und professionell. Zwar hatten wir außer beim Ein- und Auschecken nicht viel Kontakt, wurden aber stets nett empfangen und betreut.

Auch die Lage des Hotels hat uns überzeugt. Restaurants, kleine Straßenstände, Rollerverleihe und der Strand waren bequem erreichbar. Egal ob zu Fuß, mit dem Roller oder per Grab – man kam überall schnell und unkompliziert hin.

Cons:

Lediglich auf der Fensterbank lag noch ein alter Rasierer und dieser Bereich hätte etwas gründlicher gereinigt werden können. Abgesehen davon gab es aber nichts zu beanstanden.

Pros:

10 minute walk to the beach. Close to shops and restaurants. Good for short stays. Accomodation was very cheap, good for those on a tight budget.

Pros:

My favourite hotel in da nang has everything. Great pool with a view of the city. Nice size gym with everything you need. Small sauna which is ok but does the trick. Beds and rooms super comfy. Would stay here again

Très bien situé proche de la plage et de toutes commodités., Chambre spacieuse avec un très grand lit. La piscine sur le toit avec vue mer est un plus.

Pros:

房间布局很好，二间卧室和二间卫生间都很大，有厨房和小客厅。离海滩不远。周边超市餐饮都很方便。

Cons:

只能现金支付，不能刷信用卡，这个很不方便。自助早餐不丰盛，没啥可吃的。大门入口有多层台阶，没人帮忙抬行李。

The worse experience
Cons:

I ended my stay feeling extremely frustrated and disappointed with the service at this accommodation, and I would not recommend it.

The experience with my family fell far below expectations for several reasons. To begin with, I found ants in the room, the overall cleanliness was not up to standard, and one of the air conditioning units was not functioning properly. Additionally, the room phone cable was broken, which meant I could not contact reception when needed.

A significant part of the staff was inattentive and unhelpful. I experienced this when I tried to request pool towels and was ignored, and when I specifically arranged for my room to be cleaned at a certain time, which staff agreed to, but housekeeping came whenever they wanted instead.

The breakfast experience was also disappointing. The hotel’s policy states that breakfast is served until 9:00 a.m.; however, at around 8:45 a.m., several serving trays were already empty and had not been replenished. Considering that breakfast was an additional service I had to pay for separately, this felt unfair and poorly managed.

The laundry service was by far the worst part of the experience. Several clothes were returned with stains, and a couple of garments were damaged. The only compensation offered was a deduction of 40,000 VND, which does not come close to covering the damage to my clothing or compensating for such poor service.

Most concerning of all, 50,000 VND went missing from my bedside table during my stay, which made me feel extremely uncomfortable and raised serious concerns about trust and security.

Overall, this was a very disappointing experience, with poor service, lack of attention to guests, and issues that were not handled appropriately
