Không còn gì tệ hơn ..Đây là khách sạn đầu tiên tôi ở để 4 sao nhưng dịch vụ tệ hơn một nhà nghỉ 0 sao .
1 Tôi vào check in thì cả 3 nhân viên không một lời chào hỏi .
2 Sauna hay bể bơi đang trong thời gian bảo trì nhưng không thông báo .
3 Phòng bẩn và chật không chấp nhận được
4 Két sắt hỏng ,2 người loay hoay sữa gần cả tiếng đồng hồ không được nhưng xin đổi thì không chịu cứ bảo chờ,cho đến khi tôi bực lên rồi mới đổi .
5 .Điều hòa không hoạt động ,tôi gọi 3 lần xuống Lễ tân ,cứ Dạ dạ vâng vâng nhưng không lên xem ,Cho đến khi cả gia đình tôi ra ngoài và xuống quầy nói thì khách sạn bắt đầu lên làm .
Quá tệ ngoài sức tưởng tượng của tôi
Không còn gì tệ hơn và tôi đánh giá khách sanh này không xứng đáng 1 sao .

Great stay! Shame about the pool
Pros:

Very clean and friendly staff. Beds were very comfortable

Cons:

Unfortunately the swimming pool was not in use and we were not informed until we arrived. The lifts are also very slow

It’s a Trap with paid booking.com reviews ! Stay Away

It’s a trap! Stay Away .

We stayed here for 3 nights.

On arrival -
- Was asked to pay full fare for kid. The reception staff said above 6 is full charge, but booking.com said above 12. Had to show proof on booking.com to finally convince the receptionists.
- Rude staff. 2 guys and a girl who were at desk all the time.
- Asked for payment receipt and the staff literally said you can take picture of me holding money.

During Stay -
- Even when we were 4 adults and 1 kid, we were only given 4 towels everyday. No bath mats and one hand towel between 2 baths.
- Inroom phone with disconnected broken cable. So for every request we had to go to the reception.
- Sink was blocked on both bathrooms. Got too tired to go down and report everytime so ended up removing the plugs which worked.
- Took ages for cold water to flow.
- Sugar was never restocked. Again had to go down to reception to ask for it. First was told there is no sugar. Then when we showed the package was given (and same process every day )

Location
- Extremely misleading description of location on booking.com. This is no where close to as it describes.

After realising that we were not quite happy with the stay, we were asked to not post negative comments and were offered alternative services. We had a tight schedule and were in no interest to get anything from these guys.

3- المكيف ضعيف
4- الثلاجه لا تعمل ويقولو ماعندنا حل خذ فلوسك وروح فندق اخر
5- دخل علي احد العاملين الصباح انا نايم بدون اي استئذان واشتكيت بالاستقبال وطنشو الموضوع
6- منعت دخول اي احد غرفتي ودخلو مرتين مره تنظيف ومره بدون ما اعلم غيرو المناشف
7- موظفة الاستقبال غير متعاونه عكس الموظف الي يحاول يسويلي شي بس ما بيده شي
8- التلفون لا يعمل كل ما احتجت شي انزل 13 دور بالاضنصير
9- اصانصير واحد فقط وكل النزلاء ينتظرون حتى يصل
10- ازعااااجًً بالممرات
11- الخزنه لا تفتح واضطريت انتظر للصباح
12- بلغوني المسبح لا يعمل
تجربه جدا جدا جدا سيئه وهذا اسوء مكان اقمت فيه في حياتي

Cons:

J’ai eu bien du mal a trouver, l’adresse sur booking n’était pas la bonne. C’était compliqué, la personne que j’ai contacté sur whatsapp n’était pas des plus bienveillantes.
A l’arrivée on m’annonce que la piscine est en maintenance et la fenêtre de ma chambre donne sur un mur. Bon. Et la literie était extrêmement dur.

Pros:

so the room was bright, clean and spacious. The location was good too!

Cons:

pool area was closed when i was there. wall insulation non existent. lift sooo slow. BEDS WAY TOO HARD TO SLEEP ON, so I had 0 sleep. it's just a bland place wouldn't stay there again.

Cons:

The pool was out of use for the whole time we were staying, was quite annoyed as the rooftop pool was one of the main reasons we booked.
Staff were a little unhelpful when it came to things like figuring out how to pay for breakfast etc
