Cadre agréable mais chambre de qualité médiocre. Personnel très sympathique.

Perfect location to really switch off and relax
Pros:

Beautifully located in such a calm and serene spot by the river. Such welcoming staff who were incredibly thoughtful and proactive. Gorgeous breakfast!

Cons:

Wooden rooms are not fully soundproof and we had a loud group of people near us.

Amazing place to relax
Pros:

This is the 3rd time staying in this hotel . The surrounding is pure natural ; full of plants and flowers and next to live river . The atmosphere is very relaxing . The staff is cooperative and supportive with high level of service standards . The breakfast is delicious and it feels like home cooking . The food is from the nature with fresh bread

Pleasant stay by the river in a lovely garden
Pros:

A very cozy place in a picturesque location by the river. It has everything you might need. Incredible, warm family service, very attentive to visitors. Tasty restaurant food and a wide variety of drinks. Amazing garden that provides a lot of privacy. Nuria and Tolga will help you with any question or request. I recommend this place to everyone. Would love to visit again.

One of the best places to stay
Pros:

Very nice atmosphere, the staff was great, also the food. Nice terrace on the river. There are parking spaces right across the street.
Overall highly recommended!

Cons:

A little work needed on the plumbing, in our room at least.

Hidden Garden
Pros:

Amazing place for relaxation. A secluded garden with birds, river and trees. So quiet, so calm. Each room in the hotel has its own design, as the hotel itself is a restored old house. No need to stay in the room, as they have beautiful sitting area next to the river, so you can enjoy reading a book or having a light meal.

The hotel was fully booked on our trip, however, it was so quiet and relaxing. The person in charge of the hotel speaks English well and was indeed helpful. We booked three rooms, so he tried to rearrange them to make us close to each other. He even brought an umbrella to my parents when it started raining, so kind of him to do. This place indeed reflects Agva beauty and serenity.

There is a stair from the garden to reach the upper rooms (around 10 - 15 steps). My elderly parents were able to use it, but it required some effort.

There is a parking lane next to the hotel, which was convenient to use.
