Disappointing return to this hotel.
Pros:

The position of the hotel near the barragem etc...On the N2 road.
Having stayed here 3 times in the past it was a very disappointing experience on this occasion.

Cons:

On arrival being allocated a room which had not been cleaned or serviced. Then moved to a room where the TV could only be switched on and off by pulling the plug from the wall socket. Risky because the wall socket had fallen off the wall showing live wires. Loose panel on the shower tray because it was only attached with celotape.. Hotel information book scribbled over two of paged
The room was generally in need of an upgrade..

Pros:

O tamanho do quarto, piscina interior e exterior, localização perto de locais de interesse e turísticos, spa (embora tivesse custo extra associado), zona de lazer, aluguer bicicletas, gatos a circular :)

Cons:

Cheiro exterior vindo de fábrica de azeite nas proximidades, acessibilidades às piscinas e spa que era feito pelo exterior, zona exterior da parte do hotel onde ficámos um pouco "abandonada", falta de variedade ao pequeno-almoço, o restaurante não funcionava com reserva segundo informaram (embora nos dois dias que estivemos, houve dois grupos com cerca de 30 pessoas com mesa reservada quando chegámos fazendo com que várias pessoas que chegaram antes deles tenham tido de esperar por mesa),horário da limpeza do quarto desadequado (14h/15h) para quem fica mais do que um dia, cabine de duche desadequada porque deixava vir a água para fora, iluminação fraca

Pros:

Da simpatia da staff, o ginásio a piscina interior e exterior e também a limpeza e estar em contato com a natureza e os animais. Voltaremos com certeza.

É pena estar ao lado da N2 , uma estrada muito movimentada.

Pros:

O quarto parece ter sido renovado recentemente, incluindo a casa-de-banho, muito confortável e limpo.
A piscina e área circundante de dimensões perfeitamente ajustadas à quantidade de hóspedes.
Pequeno-almoço bastante aceitável.

Cons:

Má insonorização do quarto para o exterior. A localização do quarto, mesmo em cima do restaurante leva a que haja muito barulho até perto das 24:00 horas e às 07:30 horas já se ouve barulho (normal) da montagem da esplanada e pessoas a falar muito alto.

Foi uma estadia tranquila.
Pros:

Pequeno almoço limitado, com poucas opções, a reposição do buffet era um pouco demorada mas de resto foi satisfatório.

Cons:

não houve nada que tivesse desagradado.
