Pros:

Ramada Plaza Trabzon has a beautiful view, great food, exceptional Spa and terrace view. However, the rooms are a little old even after we upgraded to a suite. Also, the airport is very close so be prepared to hear the airplanes take off.on our last day, the manager, Amin, said we have to pay the same amount we paid at the check in, we tried to explain to him and showed him the bank transaction, and still refused to let us go until he checked all the security cameras at our arrival time. The extra amount asked was 4,000 saudi riyals at checkout. Then after waisting our time left In trabzon to sight see and shopping was ruined, he apologised to us and said sorry it was our mistake we thought you didn’t pay but now everything is fine. So, if you are planning to stay here make sure to keep your receipts or pay in advance from booking.The rest of hotel staff and restaurant waiters were amazing.
فندق رامادا بلازا طرابزون يتميز بإطلالة جميلة، وطعام رائع، وسبا استثنائي، بالإضافة إلى إطلالة رائعة من التراس. ومع ذلك، فإن الغرف قديمة بعض الشيء حتى بعد أن قمنا بترقية حجزنا إلى جناح. كما أن المطار قريب جدًا، لذلك كن مستعدًا لسماع أصوات إقلاع الطائرات.

في يومنا الأخير، قال لنا المدير أمين إنه يجب علينا دفع نفس المبلغ الذي دفعناه عند تسجيل الدخول. حاولنا أن نشرح له الأمر وأرَيْناه عملية التحويل البنكي، لكنه ظل يرفض السماح لنا بالمغادرة حتى قام بمراجعة جميع كاميرات المراقبة في وقت وصولنا.

كان المبلغ الإضافي المطلوب عند تسجيل المغادرة **4,000 ريال سعودي**. وبعد أن أضاع الوقت المتبقي لنا في طرابزون، والذي كنا نرغب في استغلاله للتنزه والتسوق، اعتذر لنا وقال: "نعتذر، لقد كان الخطأ من طرفنا، ظننا أنكم لم تدفعوا، لكن الآن كل شيء على ما يرام."

لذلك، إذا كنت تخطط للإقامة هنا، فتأكد من الاحتفاظ بإيصالات الدفع، أو قم بالدفع مقدمًا عبر موقع بوكينق.

أما بقية موظفي الفندق ونُدُل المطعم فكانوا رائعين.

The hotel was generally pleasant, but there were 2 issues that affected my stay. The internet connection was very poor and unreliable, which made it difficult to work and attend online meetings. Additionally, the balcony door did not close properly, which was inconvenient and raised concerns about security and comfort. I hope the hotel addresses these issues to improve the experience for future guests.

اقامه قصيره مريحه
Pros:

الاستقبال فيه بنت عربيه من تونس سريعه وبشوشه في التعامل والغرف نظيفه والمسبح جميل وبلكونة الفندق جميله واطلالتها حلوه

Cons:

توقعت ان يكون الشاطئ المقابل للفندق تابعاً له ولاكنه خارج سور الفندق وكان عام والفندق عنده بوابه صغيره تقدر تخرج منها الى الشاطئ الخارجي ومحل لبيع مستلزمات السباحه مغلق وبعض الموظفين لا يعرفون كيف يبتسمون في وجه الزوار
