5-Sterne Hotel mit sehr freundlichem Personal
Pros:

Die perfekte Lage in Trabzon sowie das sehr freundlich und zuvorkommende Personal ( Hayati Bey, Azra Hanim und Osman Bey)
Das Hotel hat eine wunderschöne Innen- sowie Außenanlage die sehr gepflegt ist und einem 5-Sterne Hotel entspricht, das Frühstück ist jeden Tag frisch und sauber.
Die Zimmer haben eine angenehme Größe und sind wirklich sauber
Wir werden nochmals kommen und bedanken uns für die Herzlichkeit

مطل الفندق جميل جدا للغرف اللي على البحر، الفندق يعتبر قريب نسبيا من المطار، بوفيه الإفطار متنوع وجيد، في رشاش موية بنفس الكرسي ما تحتاج شطاف، الغرف شرحة، مستوى الأكل في المنيو الخاص بالغرف ممتاز جدا والكميات كبيرة جدا

استجابة العاملين خصوصا في بوفيه الإفطار ضعيفة جدا، أتكلم بالتحديد عن تنظيف الطاولات وتجهيزها، تمنيت لو كانت الفواكه مقطعة في بوفيه الإفطار، موقع الفندق بعيد عن كل شي لا بقالات ولا مطاعم وتحتاج تاكسي في كل مرة تطلع، عزل الستارة للإضاءة في النهار سيء جدا، راح تقوم أول ما تطلع الشمس لأنه مافي بلاك اوت، أثاث الغرفة قديم نسبيا
