Staff were amazing - really friendly and helpful. Location was fantastic
Unfortunately there was very loud hammer and drilling noises from 7am. You could literally feel the vibration from the power tools. This wasn’t communicated when checking in and unfortunately interrupted what was otherwise a really enjoyable stay.
The staff were so friendly and helpful on arrival, the room was perfect, bed was super comfy and they even brought me extra pillows and blankets. Everything worked in the room and it was nice and quiet. Would stay here again!

The staff were very friendly and helpful, the location is excellent, the building is art deco and stylishly decorated. Great hot shower with excellent water pressure.
The only thing we can fault was that the shower door leaked a lot of water onto the bathroom floor. We asked for extra towels and reception was happy to provide.

The room After the third upgrade?
The previous two rooms were really sub standard, the second room had a toilet in the doorway of the bathroom with less than 30cm ro pass to get to the shower. All fine edges and details had dirt or colour in them not associated with clean. The shower edges were dirty, the bed side lamp switches had dirt residue around them. The hotel was undergoing renovations, which was at no time.e communicated during the booking process or through our stay? It was noisy!
Excellent location for visiting Potts Point and Sydney. The room was small but nicely appointed, and bonus having a lift in an older building. Great price for a weekend stay.
The bathroom is a little cramped but perfectly functional and fine for a short stay.
Great location next to restaurants that were open late. Lively part of town, but the room was very quiet and comfortable. Staff were very friendly and helpful with restaurant recommendations. Good location to start a nice wander around Potts Point and about a 40 min walk to Opera House via the botanical garden.
The location was perfect for our purposes. The staff were helpful and knowledgeable. Small but comfortable.
The property needs some love . Some crockery / cutlery in the room would be nice .Although I did notice some renovations. Our room was very small and the ensuite not very functional with no storage / shelf space.

The hotel corridors have a pungent dank smell. Reception staff were extremely ordinary. Continued their banal conversation with obvious friends in full vote and had no issue with the fact we were waiting to check in. So incredibly unprofessional and their blatant disinterest and arrogance was gobsmacking. If I could have, I would have left immediately!! Outrageously rude and they were so inept.
