Pros:

The place was so clean and comfortable, also the staff was so good and understandable as we arrived very late at night to check in. The hotel is very close to everything and also you have a MiniMarket so you can buy groceries until 00:00. Also you have a big shared outside ambient to smoke or to relax and we liked that.

Cons:

For us everything was perfect.

Alojamiento nuevo, bien ubicado y con un trato personal excepcional
Pros:

Ubicación excelente, cerca del centro y de una de las calles principales, pero, al mismo tiempo, un poco apartado para no escuchar ruidos, ni coches. Las habitaciones parecen nuevas, la cama muy cómoda, la ducha genial, el aire acondicionado también y una limpieza impecable. No he escuchado ni ruidos de la calle, ni de los otros huéspedes. Como mujer que viaja sola es ideal para sentirse segura y cómoda. Destacaría especialmente el trato de Anna y del resto del equipo, me acogieron desde el primer día con una sonrisa y muchísima amabilidad. Tuve retraso en mi vuelo y me facilitaron en todo momento poder hacer el check in a mi llegada. Al hacer el check out me guardaron el equipaje sin ningún costo. Realmente no te sientes como un cliente, sino como un huésped. Sin duda regresaré a Albania y al hotel 4R Colombo.

Pros:

The room was great, much better than what I anticipated at this price range.
Location was excellent, in a quiet street, but two minutes away from a central street, full of cafes, restaurants and shops, and ten minutes from the center.
Anna the hostess was wonderful!
Pleasant and happy to help on whatever you may need.
