Perfection. So much so that we will return to Bruges if only to stay in the wonderful gem.
Pros:

Everything about the hotel was wonderful.
The staff was friendly, courteous and helpful. They all seemed to enjoy providing exceptional service. Everyone from the front desk staff to the wait staff. I particularly enjoyed the picture-perfect and delicious breakfasts in the sun room. Such a perfect way to start the day!

Not sure when we’ll make it back to Bruges, but we will stay here again - likely with more family members and definitely for more than two nights!

Cons:

There is literally nothing to not like about this property.

Perhaps there was a piece of gravel slightly out of place in the parking lot - but if so, we did not notice it.

This is an idyllic hotel in such a perfect location. Great helpful staff who are so welcoming and accomodating. Lovely room and a delicious breakfast.

Super hotel, very well located
Pros:

On arrival at the hotel by car we were met by staff who swiftly took our baggage straight to our room and us to reception to complete our check in. Our room was on the third floor accessed by lift and was very impressive. Beautifully appointed and updated with the latest technology. Clean and comfortable. The staff were superb and couldn't do enough. Breakfast was good with plenty of choice and many items available to order. The bar area was quaint and cosy

Cons:

Really happy with every aspect of the Hotel. For a City centre hotel it ticked all the right boxes

Belle expérience et de bons souvenirs
Pros:

L'emplacement est incroyable, au coeur du centre historique ! Un vrai gros plus pour l'établissement.
Le personnel est très agréable, accueillant et souriant.
Gros plus pour le petit déjeuner qui vaut le détour, de très bons produits diversifiés, un vrai régal.
Le charme de l'établissement nous as aussi complètement charmé.

Cons:

Chambre bien dans l'ensemble, soignée et spacieuse. Cependant l'isolation avec les autres chambres était limite. Nous avons entendu discuté nos voisins en pleine nuit et c'était un peu dérangeant, cela nous as carrément reveillé. Est-ce le cas pour toutes les chambre, je ne sais pas, mais pour la notre : mauvaise isolation sonore.
Aussi sous le lit il y avait pas mal de poussière. Hormis cela rien d'autre à signaler et tout les avantages de l'établissement permette de passer outre ces 2 petits désagréments
