Location amazing

Cons:

Better drapes that would keep the sun out
And the calking in the shower is overdue for replacement that was disappointing to say the least
Towels are small and rough they need replacing as well
All else was great

Right in the action out the front door and a quiet oasis out the back
Pros:

The staff were very friendly and flexible - so happy to greet us and take care of our random requests. We were surprised at the hotel's central location - right on the canal, yet a quiet oasis out the back. Reasonably priced car parking was a couple of streets away - no problem. Such a large and luxurious bed and bathroom.

Trés bel hôtel haut de gamme
Pros:

Le personnel, la chambre, le petit déjeuner sont vraiment très bien. A 2 pas de de la grand place et des attractions touristiques, c'est parfait. Excellent petit déjeuner

Cons:

Pas grand chose à dire. Le store de la salle de bain était cassé et donc un vis à vis dans cette même salle de bain. Le tarif du petit déjeuner est un peu élevé.

Fantastic hotel in a fantastic town
Pros:

Fantastic location and Brugge was absolutely stunning - people were lovely and welcoming - breakfast was delicious

Cons:

Air conditioning was ok but it could have been better - in saying that it was abnormally hot outside and the room was still very comfortable

Perfection. So much so that we will return to Bruges if only to stay in the wonderful gem.
Pros:

Everything about the hotel was wonderful.
The staff was friendly, courteous and helpful. They all seemed to enjoy providing exceptional service. Everyone from the front desk staff to the wait staff. I particularly enjoyed the picture-perfect and delicious breakfasts in the sun room. Such a perfect way to start the day!

Not sure when we’ll make it back to Bruges, but we will stay here again - likely with more family members and definitely for more than two nights!

Cons:

There is literally nothing to not like about this property.

Perhaps there was a piece of gravel slightly out of place in the parking lot - but if so, we did not notice it.
