Pros:

Self check-in fungoval bezproblémově. Příjemný a čistý hotel v centu města.

Cons:

Menší pokoje, pro 1 přespání OK. Pro vícedenní pobyt chybí např. skříň. Uvítali bychom rychlovarnou konvici.

Für unsere Zwecke, als Roadstop, war es sehr gut. Gute Lage, sauber, erholsam.
Pros:

Wir hatten die kleine Wohnung unterm Dach mit zwei Doppelzimmern, eines davon mit TV, einer kleinen Wohnküche und einem tollen Bad. Die Unterkunft läuft anonym. Alles ganz einfach. Die Lage ist toll. Man kann in den nahen Kurpark oder auch hinterm Haus die Tamina-Schlucht hinauf laufen.

Cons:

Man sollte die steile Treppe erwähnen, die in der Dachwohnung nach oben führt. Mit kleinen Kindern kann das schwierig werden, ebenso mit Personen, die nicht sportlich sind. Und es gibt keine Parkplätze! Nur ein Parkhaus im Ort. Das kostet 10Franken pro Tag (Nacht).

Das Konzept ohne Personal ist nicht mein Verständnis von einem Hotel als Gastgeber.
Cons:

Das Bad ist winzig klein und es gibt kaum Abstellfläche. Im DZ Superior gibt es 12 Haken und zwei Bügel, doch keinen Kleiderschrank. Hier muss man sich an der Toilette vorbeischlängeln, um die Dusche zu erreichen. Um 8 Uhr gab es schon keine Milch mehr. Auf meinen Anruf hin kam die Antwort, man wolle sich kümmern, doch in der nächsten Stunde tauchte kein Mensch auf, um sich um das Frühstücksbuffet zu kümmern. Man ist sich selbst überlassen und muss immer wieder anrufen, wenn etwas fehlt, wenn etwas nicht funktioniert, wenn man vielleicht ein anderes Zimmer haben möchte.

Das Einchecken gelang auch ohne Rezeption problemlos.
Das Frühstück war reichhaltig und der Frühstücksraum war sehr sauber.

Cons:

Wir hatten ein sehr kleines Zimmer. Eine lange Bettseite befand sich zur Hälfte an der Wand.
Die Bettwäsche war super-sauber und das Bett bequem!

Pros:

The location is ok

Cons:

My Room did not have a bathroom. It was in a different floor. This information was not mentioned in the booking. It was mentioned that every room has a private shower and bathroom.

The personal and stuff are bad at handling requests. He told me of course on phone that if i want a bathroom i need to upgrade to a more expensive room.

He was also expecting that i brought a towel with me. After telling him i did not experience this in another hotel he told me to open a closet and get the towel.

Then he asked me to send him a screenshot from booking and if I am right he will upgrade the room for free. So did I, and he did not reply.

The breakfast : no water for free. Dry croissants and also no stuff.
