الاستقبال مخيف .مافيه اي شي يعرفك انها شقق مخدومه .سكن العماله في الدور الرابع .مع سكان الشقق !!!!!!!

لا شي أعجبني نهائيآ !

Cons:

من أسوأ تجارب الإقامة التي مررت بها. عند الوصول كانت الغرفة غير نظيفة إطلاقًا، والفندق بشكل عام يفتقر لأبسط معايير النظافة والاهتمام. مستوى النظافة كان صادمًا ولا يتناسب مع ما يتم عرضه أو الترويج له.

التكييف كان ضعيفًا، والإزعاج استمر طوال الليل، مما جعل النوم والراحة أمرًا مستحيل. تم إبلاغ الاستقبال أكثر من مرة بهذه المشكلات، لكن للأسف لم يتم اتخاذ أي إجراء فعلي لحلها.

كما أن الصور المعروضة عند الحجز لا تعكس الواقع، والفارق بين المتوقع وما وجدته على أرض الواقع كان كبيرًا جدًا.

إضافة إلى ذلك، كانت تجربتي مع موظف الاستقبال (محمد ضفير او فريد علي) سيئة للغاية بسبب أسلوب التعامل غير المهني وغير المتعاون عند طرح الشكاوى والاستفسارات.

غادرت الفندق بانطباع سلبي جدًا جدًا، ولن أكرر هذه التجربة مستقبلًا، ولا أنصح به لمن يبحث عن النظافة والراحة وجودة الخدمة.
