Pros:

Die Ausstattung ist sehr modern und geschmackvoll. Der Service ist hervorragend, entgegenkommend und sehr freundlich. Hier möchten wir die für das Frühstück zuständige, sehr herzliche Person besonders hervorheben.
Das Hotel ist ein idealer Ausgangspunkt, um über das Stilfser Joch zu radeln.

Alles SUper, Reichhaltiges FS. Auch sehr gute Ausstattung.
Haben eigene Radgarage. War nur mit Fahrrad unterwegs . Stevio by night

Cons:

Ich hab es in der Bestätigung nicht gelesen oder es stand ev, auch nicht dabei.
Rezeption ist nicht besetzt und man muss sich den Schlüßel 1 km entfernt im Hodtel Bellaviste im Ort Travoi holen.
Ist aber auch kein Problewm gewesen.
Die Aussenanlage ist ev. noch nicht fertig, und schaut nicht so gut aus.

Schönes Hotel aber kalte Sauna
Pros:

Das Hotel war sauber und schön eingerichtet. Der Ausblick war sehr schön und auch das Frühstück war sehr gut.

Cons:

Wir haben das Hotel gebucht, da wir wert auf eine Sauna gelegt haben. Wir haben im Hotel eingecheckt und uns wurde gesagt, dass die Sauna noch bis 19 uhr genutzt werden kann. Erst am Abend haben wir dann festgestellt, dass die Sauna nur 40 Grad hat und nicht genutzt werden kann. Am Montag haben wir es erneut versucht - immer noch kalt. Wir haben dieses Problem telefonisch gemeldet und uns wurde gesagt, dass das Problem seit dem Vortrag bereits bekannt ist, das wurde uns beim einchecken aber nicht mitgeteilt. Der Techniker sollte wohl am gleichen Tag kommen aber auch das wurde nicht getan. In den Bewertungen habe ich dann gelesen, dass andere Gäste bereits Anfang Juli geschrieben haben, dass die Sauna nur 40-45 Grad hat. Sehr enttäuschend und wenig transparent. Für den Preis haben wir uns was anderes vorgestellt. Noch zu wissen: es gibt Abends keine Verpflegung im Hotel.

Comfortable room with mountain view
Pros:

Modern and comfortable room with view on the Ortles mountain. Clear instructions given in booking confirmation regarding how to pick up the keys. Friendly welcome. Decent buffet breakfast. Honesty bar and possibility to sit on the terrace. Elevator and good parking.

Overall, I’d happily stay here again, but next time I’d definitely choose a room in the new extensio
Pros:

I’ve stayed at Hotel Ortles twice now, having first visited two years ago before the new extension was built, and overall I had another very enjoyable stay.

The hotel is spotlessly clean, the rooms are comfortable, and the spa and sauna facilities are excellent. The new extension looks fantastic, and the overall standard of the hotel is very high. The food was also very good, and once I was seated for dinner, the service started well—I had a drink within a few minutes and my main course arrived quickly. It’s a hotel I’d happily return to and would still recommend to others.

Cons:

This time I stayed in the older accommodation down the road rather than in the new extension. It did make me feel a little disconnected from the main hotel, almost as though guests staying there weren’t quite as much of a priority.

Dinner service was also the only area that let the experience down. The main course choices seemed quite limited, and there was some confusion when ordering, possibly due to a language barrier. After finishing my main course, I then waited around 40 minutes before eventually having to ask for my dessert, as nobody came to check on me. It left me feeling a little forgotten, which was a shame because everything else about the stay was excellent.
