Pros:

The location was excellent, less than 10 mins drive from the airport, and a short walk into the centre of Ponta Delgada. Staff were very friendly, attentive and helpful. Breakfast was fantastic, with buffet options and fresh made options from the kitchen. The design is well thought out, and always clean.

Cons:

The price doesn't match what you get, at least not what we got. The room was quite small and the air condition didn't work for the majority of our stay - initially no cooling, and after we asked for it to be looked at, only cooling to 19°! I think the pictures do a good job of selling a place, but what you might get, doesn't always add up - true if anywhere, but when you're paying this price, you expect something more personally.

Amazing hotel nestled in Ponta. Fantastic staff. I would highly recommend.

Boutique stay - feels like you’re on vacation!
Pros:

Loved the location - easy drives to good hikes but walkable to great food nearby. Decor was tasteful and stylish. The melon smoothies at breakfast were delicious! Very comfortable. Staff was super nice and helpful - Miguel helped us book spa treatments we wanted.

Cons:

Everything was great. No complaints!
