Pros:

IK RAAD DIT HOTEL NIEMAND AAN:

Het was een verschrikkelijke hotel. Ze hebben mij een kamer gegeven welke eigenlijk bestemd is voor invaliden. Totaal geen hygiëne aanwezig. Kamer was erg smerig. Bij binnenkomst merk je meteen dst het vochtig is. Bed is heel vies en bij het openslaan van de laken was er zelfs haren te zien.

Kortom: het is totaal oncomfortabel om hier te verblijven. Zelfs de cijfer 1 is te hoog voor dit hotel. Het is maar dat ik geen cijfer 0 kan geven, want anders had ik dat zeker gedaan.

Cons:

Literie catastrophique.
Les chambres restent sans nettoyage et sans serviettes et il fallait relancer pour que ça soit fait.

Le petit déjeuner - un peu stéréotype. Les fontaines de jus n’étaient pas suffisamment surveillées - souvent il y avait que de l’eau dedans.

It is a 3 star hotel
Pros:

Studio was spacious
Staff were nice when talking to them.

Cons:

Room cleaning was horrible. Just a nightmare
Had to call three times to be able to get towels
Forget about getting the place even cleaned. If lucky, you might get a towel some days

Definitely not a 5 star.
Spa was a joke. How is it even on the title?!

The hotel was dirty, poorly maintained, and far below the standard we expected. The parking included in our reservation was extremely difficult to access, had almost no room to maneuver, and smelled strongly of sewage. The elevator from the parking area to the lobby was filthy and smelled terrible.

Our first room was on the 8th floor, although the elevator only went to the 7th, so we had to use the stairs. After complaining, they changed our room, but the mattress was extremely old and sagged so badly in the middle that sleeping comfortably was almost impossible.

Housekeeping was unacceptable. There was only one roll of toilet paper, towels were not replaced unless we specifically requested it, and we even found a bathroom glass in which a previous guest had extinguished a cigarette — and it had apparently not been properly cleaned or replaced.

The breakfast area was extremely dirty, the selection was very poor, and some of the food appeared to be leftovers from the previous day.

I had informed the hotel in advance that we were visiting Istanbul for our wedding anniversary. Unfortunately, this became one of the worst hotel experiences we have ever had.

I would not stay here again and cannot recommend this hotel.

Pros:

Great communication with the reception. The receptionist named Fettah Acar does his job honestly and is very responsible.This hotel is located in a very good location I like its design style cleanliness responsibility of the staff. Overall,I liked the room I had reserved,its size,style, cleanliness and design.This hotel meets all requirements and I definitely recommend it.
