It is not what it is described in the booking, low quality food, cheap drinks etc
Pros:

The place is nice and the rooms are big

Cons:

Housekeepers coming in the room without knowing or telling at the door who they are they just rush in the room, kitchen staff is bored and make you feel like you are not welcomed. Doors dont have locks so you can close your room everyone from the staff will enter when they want and they did it.

Pros:

Гостиница выглядит как дворец с картинами, персонал очень приветливый, вежливый.
Везде очень чисто, еда разнообразная и вкусная.
Номер большой, удобный матрас, уборка производилась каждый день.

Cons:

Один минус, в ресторане еда всегда была еле,еле тёплая или холодная. И это жаль, потому что всё было очень вкусно, но суп ,мясо, яичницу неприятно кушать холодными.
Но это нам не испортило отдых и впечатление о гостинице.

Не ми хареса това,че в едната стая нямаше хладилник,и матрака на леглата не са удобни,и гърба ме болеше от тях,и канала беше запушен и нямаше разнообразие на храна

Nagy szobák, nagy ágy, kényelmes matrac, nagy terek

Kaja általában gyenge volt, szmélyzet viselkedése nagyon vegyes, medence nagyon hideg, italok is gyengék voltak

Totul . Foarte curat, camerista venea zilnic sa aspire, schimbe prosoape etc. Mâncarea la restaurant diversificata și foarte buna. Personal amiabil

Cons:

Apa de la piscina rece , poate găsiți o soluție să o încălziti pe viitor. E a doua oară când vin la acest hotel și nu îndrăznesc să mă bag in piscina e prea rece.
