Khách sạn nằm khá gần ở vị trí trung tâm gần nhiều cửa hàng tiện lợi cùng hàng quán ăn uống rất tiện lợi

Cons:

Đồ chăn ga gối đệm cũng như sàn nhà lau để lại mùi thuốc tẩy quá nhiều tôi ở đấy 3 ngày 2 đêm mà cứ khi vào phòng là mùi thuốc tẩy sàn nồng nặc không thể hết được du tôi ở đó đến ngày thứ 3 vẫn còn mùi. Khăn tắm thì giặt khá bẩn còn nhiều vết ố vàng

Mme Thao petite jeune femme de l’accueil a été d’une grande bienveillance et vraiment au petit soin quand nous étions malades. Merci encore pour cette empathie !

Pros:

La ubicación es muy buena, en el Centro de Cat Ba y rodeado de comercios y restaurantes. El personal es muy amable y gestiono transporte y Tours a buen precio. Las instalaciones son modernas y limpias. El baño tiene una mampara para separar la ducha y está limpio. El desayuno está incluido y es correcto.

Very good location, nice rooms - delicious breakfasts, plenty of coffee, tea, and water. The staff was very helpful. I had a slight problem with the internet on my phone, so Tao from the reception offered to take me to the Wiettel point with a scooter driver. I recommend it!

Amazing! Must stay in Cat ba
Pros:

Great location! Lovely breakfast. Good hot shower with great water pressure. The staff are lovely and super accomodating. We even accidently left something behind on checkout and they posted it to our next location. Great stay

Le personnel très gentil et un bon emplacement....

Cons:

Petit déjeuner manque un peu de variété.....un petit jus de fruit....du pain....beurre...confiture ....
Mais vu le bon rapport qualité prix ......ça reste raisonnable.

Très bien situé dans la ville. Nous n’avons pas pu dire au revoir à la jeune fille à l’accueil car notre bus est arrivé pour partir et elle était occupée. Mais nous la remercions pour son aide pour appeler un taxi et rentrer ! Je vous recommande l’hôtel !
