Tout . Le personnel attentif, très à l écoute . Le responsable de l hôtel est très accueillant. Les chambres sont spacieuses. Le petit déjeuner est exceptionnel !!
Hotel molto bello, situato un po’ distante dal centro, ma in una zona davvero piacevole che, personalmente, ho preferito rispetto alle aree più centrali.
Le camere sono nuove, spaziose e curate, con un bagno davvero enorme. L’intero hotel è molto pulito, profumato e scenografico, con ambienti eleganti e piacevoli.
All’interno ci sono due ristoranti, uno di cucina spagnola e uno di cucina cinese: entrambi molto buoni, ma abbiamo apprezzato particolarmente quello cinese!
Il servizio e la colazione sono buoni, anche se, a mio parere, non completamente all’altezza dell’ottimo livello generale della struttura e potrebbero essere migliorati.
Un ringraziamento speciale a Paolina della reception, sempre gentilissima e disponibile: ci ha seguito con grande attenzione durante il soggiorno, offrendo un servizio eccellente e aiutandoci con ogni nostra richiesta.
Nel complesso, un hotel bellissimo in cui abbiamo trascorso un soggiorno davvero piacevole e che consiglio sicuramente.
Struttura bellissima con colazione continentale molto buona e varia. Camera bellissima, nuova e spaziosa. Il bagno è bellissimo. La struttura offre molti servizi, tra cui ristoranti interni ottimi e servizio in camera con piatti abbondanti e molto buoni. Ci hanno fatto trovare anche un enorme piatto di frutta fresca, cioccolata e biscotti. Il mattino in cui non abbiamo potuto fare colazione, ci hanno preparato una colazione take away.
La piscina della struttura è molto bella, ma non adatta a rilassarsi, in quanto anti ci tengono corsi di nuoto.
Struttura molto grande con piscina e spa. Buona l’offerta dei ristoranti.

Очень чисто, удобные кровати и подушки, вкусный завтрак — даже я, человек, который не ест китайскую еду, свинину и яйца, без проблем нашла для себя овощи, рыбу и сыры. Персонал очень внимательный и отзывчивый, но отдельное огромное спасибо менеджеру по работе с гостями Полине — она помогла нам с рекомендациями по городу и стала настоящим ангелом-хранителем во всех отельных вопросах. За эту поездку мы побывали в трех городах и сменили четыре отеля, и нигде больше не встретили такого русскоязычного менеджера и такого уровня персонального внимания. Именно благодаря таким людям, как Полина, в отель хочется возвращаться. Очень рекомендую — прекрасное место по всем параметрам!
Немного разочаровала зону бассейна, неуютная, много занимающихся детей, не гостей отеля, нет релакса и душно.

Albergo molto elegante e ben posizionato anche se non vicino al centro.
Lo staff non parla in inglese e questo non è comprensibile per un albergo di quel livello. Sono comunque tutti molto gentili e professionali

The property is stunningly beautiful, with excellent facilities and a short didi ride to most of the tourist attractions. All staff are welcoming, friendly and attentive, I was a red level guest and the service i received from Viki and Polina stood out immensely. Always happy to see me and ask how my day has been without being to forward. Made me feel like I was the only guest, even though I wasn’t. Exceptional service.
I thoroughly recommend staying here. I will definitely be staying again.
