Great, would definitely come again
Pros:

Super friendly and helpful staff. Location is directly at the metro station. The rooms are clean and the bed is comfortable. There is a mall 5min walking away.

非常开心的上海之旅
Pros:

地理位置非常好，酒店对面就是地铁站，而且旁边就是苏州河，非常适合散步。在居住期间遇到的所有工作人员都非常有礼貌，态度非常友好。酒店设备非常新以及舒适。而且酒店提供零食，饮料还有免费小食。酒店工作人员还会提供贴心的服务，比如看到我戴眼镜，会提供眼镜布。总之，我非常开心我的上海之旅选择了这个酒店。

Great location and good stay
Pros:

The staff is great. All of them are friendly, responsive and helpful.
The room decoration is as good as hotel description. The smart curtain and toilet impressed me most.
Location is great, close to the subway entrance. Plenty of convenient shops and restaurants nearby.

Cons:

Smoke smell came through the ventilation system. The room went better after AC on for a while.

Spacious and clean room. Love the robot that deliver food to our room door. Staffs was super helpful despite the language barrier. In front of train station so it's very convenient

A very nice hotel. Quiet, clean, big rooms. I definitely reccomend it
Pros:

The hotel is in a quiet place with many little restaurants, a couple of Malls and a market in its vicinity. Although its not central it has a good connection through subway - subway station right across the street. A train station is very near as well. The rooms are big enough, clean and the retro style is pretty well done. Very comfortable beds. There is free tee, water, soda and chips in room. The restaurant in the lobby cooks very tasty food.

Cons:

The only minus - they gave me another room first - smaller as i have paid for. Communication with the reception is possible just in chinese or with a translation - soft. In my case, my chinese girlfriend had eventually clarified everything: they didnt have my type of room free but i will receive it the next day. This did indeed happen but the whole story let me with a little bitter taste and i didnt give maximum of points
