Would love to come back!
Pros:

Spacious well equipped rooms and bathrooms.
Exceptional staff especially the concierge Ray.. recommending and sorting tour and transfers for us.

Cons:

Ordered 4 dishes at the Rose restaurant onsite but only 3 appeared… had finished them by the time someone came and we could ask where was the 4th.. and then a wait for it. Having said that… the food itself was superb.

Pros:

地理位置很好，周边就有很多值得去的地方，交通也方便，就在地铁口。服务员也都很好，能主动帮助，发现问题，解决问题。我们面对飞机取消，还得多住一天，掉落物品在酒店，电话联系后，快递寄给我们。非常感谢他们的帮助！

是优点也是缺点，老旧房子，房间里有奇怪的味道。

A great hotel to visit Shangai!
Pros:

The breakfast buffet was amazing and they changed it every day with new local dishes. The room was nice and the location was perfect.

Pros:

La chambre était très grande, la salle de bain aussi. Chambre tres bien équipée. Le personnel était présent et à l'écoute. Parle anglais.
Il y a une réception pour les colis. Le décor des couloirs est très joli
L'hôtel est placé juste en face d'une sortie de métro et la Nanjing road est à 2min à pied.

Cons:

Les bondes de nos lavabos dans la salle de bain ne tenaient plus très bien ouverte, dès qu'on faisait couler l’eau, elles se referment et l’eau ne s’évacue plus très fluidement.

Pros:

Après + de 20 ans de déplacements dans le cadre de mes activités professionnelles dans l'hospitality, j'ai rarement séjourné dans un établissement aussi élégant, un havre de paix. Ce n'est pas tant les équipements que je salue ici mais bien l'architecture de l'établissement et son histoire, son design intérieur et extérieur (Art Déco années 30 donc), le raffinement de son service, l'élégance du lobby et son emplacement stratégique et emblématique (face à la place du peuple). Malgré les différences culturelles flagrantes, je me suis néanmoins sentie comme à la maison. Coup de coeur absolu pour la salle de bains, royale! et pour le personnel de chambre, absolument adorable! Quand je repasserais par Shanghai je séjournerais de nouveau avec plaisir au TUI BLUE Yangtze Shanghai.

Cons:

Le personnel de l'accueil doit faire attention à ne pas brusquer les clients le jour du check out...appeler le client 5mn après l'heure du départ est quelque peu violent... Sinon la vue depuis le 5ème étage n'est pas la plus belle de l'hotel... (vue sur les toits de l'église...)
