Pros:

Excellent twice daily cleaning. Super comfortable bed. Good quality and range of breakfast. Very close to Namjing Rd pedestrian centre.

Pros:

Perfekte Lage, große Zimmer sehr ruhig und mit ausgezeichneter Ausstattung . Es gibt täglich mehrere Flaschen Wasser und die Mitarbeiter sind sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.
Die Metro ist schräg gegenüber.
Besser geht's fast nicht.

Great place to stay.
Pros:

Great location, comfortable rooms and friendly staff. Excellent buffet breakfast.

Cons:

Small gripe but the lighting system in the room was complicated. Also there was no bar which had been advertised.

Great location and spacious rooms but overpriced and needs a little TLC
Pros:

The hotel is in a great location near the main shopping area. Lots of cafes and restaurants nearby and a train station across the road. The room was huge! The bed was big and comfortable although the pillows were pretty uncomfortable and you only get 1 pillow each unless you ask for more. The bathtub was a great addition and was huge also. The shower was great, bathroom very spacious and had all the amenities we needed including a really good hairdryer ladies!

Cons:

Breakfast was really disappointing though. Small selection and just boring and basic. The staff don't speak english very well and it was hard to communicate what eggs we wanted. The food was just ok but for a Langham hotel I was disappointed with the quality of the breakfast. It was average but there was enough to find something we could eat. Certainly not their strong point.
The hotel also lacked the sort of service and attention to detail that I know Langham for. The staff spoke little english and their customer service was below average. We had an issue that we needed help for but the front desk staff were not very interested in helping and did not provide the level of care or service we were hoping for.
Although the hotel is in a great area and the rooms were lovely and comfortable, it lacked any other facilities other than a breakfast room.

Dreaming of returning.
Pros:

perfect location. Walked, subway, bicycle, all very easy. Shops near by but at the same time in a quiet street .

Jednou nám v rámci úklidu byly odneseny hrnečky,ale na požádání promptně bylo vyřízeno.Je vidět,že hotel už je starší a zasloužil by si investici do rekonstrukce.Nas pokoj byl k dispozici balkon,ale bez posezení a odlupující se omítka nepůsobí.dobrym dojmem.
