after traveling all day arrived at 12am
had asked for my room to be near the elevator, it wa as far away as possible from the elevator and reception could not tell me the television guide , wanted to send someone to the room
THEN I go the the day of travel off only to find that the shower did not have a shower head, just a tube of water

I believe I did my part as a client/consumer, made my reservation and paid only to have their sevice incomplete
or am I confused that I should be able to to shower in a room at a hotel that advertises bathroom included
next morning made my complaint only to fall on deafness with the front desk- asked that they resolve something
for me at departure and the managers did not want to talk with me, they were busy
service at its worst
complete rip off-the owners have other hotels in the San Jose area which I have stayed (did not know they owned
this brand as well) and it is very very typical to receive this quality of product and lack service, the personnel are definitely trained by someone who doesn't know what customer service is
do not book this hotel on your platform

Pros:

El hotel es muy lindo, cómodo y moderno. Las camas súper suaves. El desayuno rico y variado, me encantó que lo dejaran abierto durante toda la mañana.
Queda cerca de muchísimas plazas comerciales y comercio.

Nos confundimos de ubicación (íbamos para Alajuela) e igual fue muy buena experiencia, desayuno excelente y el personal

Muy buena ubicación, con restaurantes, tiendas y mall cerca. Las instalaciones estan muy bien cuidadas y cuenta con piscina.

Cons:

El desayuno buffet es bastante básico y no cambian mucho las opciones de un día para otro. Si la reserva se hace a traves de booking no se puede agregar el codigo de huesped de Holiday para la acumulación de noches.
