Pros:

The location is perfect, owners are easy to talk to and are very responsive.

Cons:

We were there for 4 days and don’t have a complaint at all!

Excellent Stay!
Pros:

The room was small, but efficient. The unit was decorated nicely and equipped with utensils, pots/pans, etc. Most importantly, the unit was clean. The balcony/view of the beach was a partial/side view of the ocean. I found that to be more comfortable rather than directly facing the ocean. I enjoyed some conversation with some tenants that live there, which made me feel like less of a tourist :)

Cons:

No huge cons for me. I could go to the beach from the pool area, but my key wouldn't work going from beach to pool...most likely user error. The complex was right next to beach access for non-residents, which I found easier to get to and from the beach anyway.
