The photos online were different from where we stayed. We booked a 3- bedroom few months out, then the say prior, the hosts decided to cancel and said it was unavailable and have to put is in a dirty 2-bedroom. Booking.com customer service was no help at all. It ruined our vacation first few days dealing with the accomodation and how uncomfortable and dirty and incomplete the place. Will not use booing.com ever again!! This was our first and definitely the last!!!!!!!

Very good stay. Would definitely recommend this place.
Pros:

Very good location, not far from places to see in BGC
Excellent views of sunset and CBD!
Modern property and well looked after.
No hassle in check in and check out.

Cons:

Sofa not very comfortable.
No welcome pack like coffee or tea (not a big issue, but it would have been a nice gesture from the host to guests).

The host was amazing 👏 🤩 🙌
Very quick communication and very helpful.
Rooms were massive, we had a large booking and family wanted to visit, it never felt too cramped.

Cons:

When a local family member wanted to visit we are required to send host the details of the visitor, then wait for for them to send ot to the apartment ts front deck. This was a massive pain in the backside. Lucky we had an amazing host that replied very quickly.

Pros:

The unit we booked apparently has a broken AC so they had to move us to another 2BR unit. Although we paid for 3BR i feel they tried to compensate by giving us 1BR extra on the 3rd day and a free late check-out + helped us moved our luggages.
