It was a great location easy to get around and spot from afar making it easy to walk back too.

The location was good, and the place was clean and tidy
You can’t swim in the pool. The staff were not helpful and point blank refused to help me sort a taxi. They don’t answer the phone.
Excellent location, facilities were great, Onsen here was the best we experienced in all of Japan, laundry had great washer/dryer units. Not too far to Dotonbori. Very close to Namba station.
Rooftop area provided fantastic views of Osaka skyline. Nicest hotel experience we had on our trip.
Size of room was compact (from North American standards). All properties I stayed at in Japan were similar, just not what we’re used to. However, this room was larger than most we stayed in so that was nice.

Everything. Small rooms but comfo with all u need. Great public bath. Shops and restaurants inside.

Kahvaltısı iyiydi doyurucuydu biz helal yemek hassasiyetimiz olduğunu söylediğimiz için görevli bizlere yardımcı oldu. Erken gittiğimiz için valizimizi emanete bıraktık bu çok iyiydi. Kahvaltının 13:00a kadar olması muhteşemdi. Onseni kullanamadık. Bize verilen kıyafetleri sadece onsende giyebiliyormuşuz kahvaltıya normal kıyafetle gitmek zorundayız bunu pek sevmedim 👎. Sessiz ve temizdi. Odamız her gün temizlendi.
Japonya’da alışveriş yapıp bavul sayınızı artırınca havaalanına gitmek dert oluyor. Ama bu otelin konumu mükemmel bir yerde. Minicik bir yaya yolu geçip havaalanına giden otobüs terminaline ulaşıyorsunuz. Gerisini onlar hallediyor zaten. Çok büyük şans oldu bizim için, yoksa o kadar eşya ile metro merdivenlerinde rezil olurduk.

Location. Proximity to Osaka activities and subway line were great. Tips to consider: if you plan to use the limousine bus from the airport, an affordable and comfortable option especially if you have lots of luggage, the airport bus arrives at the OCAT Namba station literally right in front of the hotel. Very convenient. The public bath and sauna is a great bonus. Despite Osaka being known as a foodie place, like many cities in Japan many eateries do not open before 10am. If you want a great option for breakfast or brunch, the hotel breakfast/brunch is a good value. See Dotonbori for the spectacle at night but don’t expect much variety in food options.
The rooms were really small. Having underbed storage was helpful but two people will be climbing over one another just moving around the room.
