Waardeloze kwaliteit

Lokatie was goed, de onsen was ook mooi en groot

Cons:

Bedden vreselijke goedkope kwaliteit. Kleine 2p bedden, slechte kussens. Vreselijke douchekranen, watertemperatuur niet in te stellen in een veel te kleine badkamer. De (standaard)kamers waren ook veel te klein.
Personeel onpersoonlijk en kil. Gang was open verbinding met buitenlucht waardoor zeer warm. Zwembad bleek alleen na reservering mogelijk en er moest zelfs voor betaald worden.

Es gab fünf öffentliche Bäder, keines davon schien gechlort zu sein. Jeder Flur hat eine Mikrowelle, so dass man seine im Conbini gekaufte Bento Box aufwärmen kann. Wann kann von seinem Zimmer aus den Status der Waschmaschine mit seiner Wäsche checken. Der Dachpool im 40. Stock bietet bei Dunkelheit eine schöne Aussicht. Gemessen am Preis hochwertige Rasierer und Zahnbürsten

Tolle Lage, sehr nettes Personal, toller Pool und großes Frühstücksangebot.

Emplacement top, piscine très agréable à avoir par ces chaleurs. Beaucoup de facilités dans l’hôtel.

Cons:

C’est un peu l’usine et presque tous les services sont payants: la piscine 2000 yens/personne pour un créneau d’1h. Le fitness, 3000 yens/personne. Et pas très facile à réserver… étonnant pour un hôtel de ce standard..

Rooms too small and TV won't turn off!
Pros:

We only liked the location to nearby amenities. The lobby area was always packed with people and no place to rest, and the elevators had long lines to get into. The luggage storage area should have additional signage for people to scan QR code before getting to the front of the line. We liked that there's a pool, but did not like how we had to pay extra to use it and book in advance. We understood this helped limit the quantity of people at the pool, but it also did not have a hot tub - this was just a kiddie pool.

Cons:

The rooms we booked were incredibly small. To use the bathroom sink, we had to tilt our bodies to fit into the space. All luggage pieces had to be placed underneath the bed. Our 2 beds were right next to each other. EVERY DAY and NIGHT the TV would turn on by itself, waking us up to turn off, only to turn on again in a few hours. This was very irritating!!
