Os funcionários poderiam ajudar mais no check in eletrônico, é complicado e perdemos muito tempo tentando fazer, os funcionários vinham faziam uma etapa e saiam ... Até completar toda operação demorou.

Bien situado, cerca de muchas cosas de interés
La habitación es muy pequeña, si abres una maleta grande en el suelo tu compañero no puede entrar/salir del baño ni dar dos pasos. Tienes que guardar las maletas debajo de la cama y es un engorro. El onzen está muy masificado aunque es normal porque el hotel es muy grande. No está permitido entrar con tattos, en recepción nos dieron un par de parches por persona para cubrirnos.
Al entrar al hotel no hay nadie que te atienda, haces una cola enorme para dejar maletas, para hacer el check in es todo con máquinas y cuesta encontrar gente a quien preguntar si tienes dudas o no dominas el idioma.
