Modern, fresh feel to the hotel while the room delivered a reasonable night's sleep.
Pros:

New. Modern. Clean. Functional rooms. Comfy bed. Varied choice of tea & coffee facilities on the hallway landing. Friendly reception staff. Quick & efficient check in & check out on the day of arrival / departure.

Cons:

Room slightly stuffy due to lack of ventilation. Low pressure in the shower. Hallways drinks station mostly full of packets of weaker blended coffee, than fuller bodied.

Incredible hotel with zero carbon footprint
Pros:

No carbon footprint! Beautifully laid out, especially the restaurant. Local food. The incredible feat of using recyclable materials for things like linens and mattresses.

Pros:

Staff were very welcoming. The breakfast was exceptional, good variety, local produce and constantly replenished. Great location, with a lovely bar and outside terrace. Rooms were spacious and very comfortable. Tea and coffee available at all times

Styled very nicely with friendly staff and a fresh modern feel to the whole hotel

Cons:

I don’t mind the drink stations at all but I think they should have fresh milk.
Our room didn’t have air con or a window to open. The fan was fine but I think air con would have been better.

Pros:

Rooms are exceptionally clean and great shower. All facilities you need with tea coffee and water provided outside the room.

Cons:

Having to pay extra for parking, then not being able to park again on return from dinner and noone on reception to assist. I had to go to restaurant to find someone to help and the young man and lady were very polite and very helpful.

Overall we had a good couple of days, the reception team were excellent, very welcoming and helpful.
Pros:

The breakfast was very good and well presented.

Cons:

The last morning of our stay they were extremely busy and were running out of items. The breakfast team were over stretched and quite stressed.
