Gives the city centre hotels with their slapdash service a real run for their money would choose thisIHG over Hotel Indi
Pros:

Very friendly, approachable staff. Very sensible and helpful . Very nice welcome. They set a good tone for the hotel. Night manager at 3am when we had to leave was very friendly and helpful with directions.

Fantastically comfortable bed. Mattress was supportive yet soft.

Cons:

Walking all the way down the corridor to get some cold water and to try and make a cup of tea. The hot water machine didn’t work no matter how many times we followed the instructions.

Nice, but has a few quirks.
Pros:

Breakfast options were vast. The building is very new and the bedrooms are good, table and chair, USB charging points, a good TV some clothes hanging space. Shower works well

Cons:

Something in the meal didn't agree with my stomach so no food consumed at breakfast. Strange having the tea, coffee and water down the corridor, apparently to save energy ? Parking as everywhere you go today cost extra.
