Quite enjoyable
Pros:

The front desk staff were very Helpful. Both of the evening meals were really good. the room was satisfactory athough it seemed a little too functional for me

Cons:

My complaint was that the hot and Cold drinks options were a wayat the end of the hall so if you wanted a drink thenyou woiuld have to go to the drinks station which If you were just getting up or ready for bed made the trip up the corridor a real pain.

Cons:

I called customer support way before I checked in to ask about air conditioning. I was told that there was no AC in the rooms, however each room had a cooling fan. This was reassuring
When I checked in I asked about a fan and the receptionist said that there isn't one in the room, but explained about the window (despite me asking about a fan...). I then came down later to say I was still quite warm and requested a fan, and the receptionist stated they would send one up. Came back to the hotel later that night to no fan in the warm room and when I went down past midnight to ask where my fan was, they said they had none left. This was extremely frustrating because I started asking about the fan situation from the moment I checked in. It was an uncomfortable night due to being warm. I believe that due to reduced comfort there should be a discount as I did not receive what was agreed...

Good location on way to Cornwall and reasonable room rate
Pros:
