Fantastic place, really nice staff, very clean, and location to Science Park in Exeter is brilliant
Pros:

Very friendly staff on arrival, very comfortable bed, lovely clean bathroom, nice blackout curtain

Cons:

a bit more equipment in kitchenette would have been handy - sharp knife, cutting board, toaster?
but they are minor points, its was a lovely stay
not a cheap stay

Pros:

An excellent hotel for a break in your journey
Pros:

The staff were very helpful , and being a new hotel was extremely clean. Lovely decor in public areas. I liked that access to lifts was restricted to key holders. The garden terrace was lovely.

Cons:

I thought it was strange to have to pay for parking when you have paid for a room, especially as it’s difficult to get there by public transport.
