We liked that the hotel is ECO.

Cons:

Location was a bit far from center, Breakfast options were limited, more pork free and salads would be appreciated.

Pros:

The hotel aesthetics & room were both very nice & modern. Almost all of the staff was very hospitable and had great customer service. Highly recommended! Voco is always high quality , all over the world.

Cons:

15/05 There was a staff member at breakfast who made me & my wife feel like I was lying to him about having chosen the breakfast option. He spent a few minutes checking for my name but couldn’t find it. Even though I told him that yes I paid extra for breakfast and the day before, the receptionist confirmed my booking with breakfast as well. Instead of asking us to have a seat and he’ll find my name/room in his own time, he made us just stand there while there were other people behind us forming a queue. Voco is excellent but I have been to much fancier hotels in the world and no one has ever done that even if they struggled to find my name. Hypothetically even if I wasn’t sure if I selected the breakfast option or not, just charge me on the deposit you took at the start. Just felt really strange and the breakfast was a standard hotel breakfast, nothing out of this world for him to be so vexed about it. This looks really bad for your brand & is upsetting. My request would be to speak to him & ask him not to do that to guests. Don’t make me & my wife stand there like criminals if you fail to find my booking.

Jätteskön säng och kuddar. Mycket rent & välstädat o fräscht. God frukost. Trevligt med kaffe o vattenstationen där man kunde hämta varmt och kallt och gott vatten. Mycket uppskattat

Hade önskat några fler upphängnings anordningar och även skohorn på rummet. Hade varit trevligt med en liten kyl på rummet
