Superb!!!
Pros:

Superb stay, Fantastic, welcoming reception team. Jazmin is just amazing, so, so helpful as is Nova too. Jazmin works INCREDIBLY hard too, Two SUPERB, faultless members of staff. I'd hire them tomorrow!! Super car parking. Wonderful, clean reception and lounge area. Gorgeous cool, large, clean, accessible room - ideal in the recent blistering heat. I loved watching the planes on the Exeter flight path. Food personally not to my taste however all well presented and husband enjoyed it. My dog made to feel extremely welcome. You have a truly wonderful outside terraced area with tables and chairs (plus paths) where we spent three restful days just eating and drinking!! Jazmin TRULY fantastic. I went to see her (and Nova) worried and asking my options for check out day due to the heat and travelling with my dog. Instantly, Jazmin offered me a late check out which I was TRULY appreciative of. Thank you, thank you, thank you Jazmin. I love this hotel and will definitely be back

Cons:

Several of the bar staff totally ignored me when I spoke to them - on more than one occasion, Plus some of the restaurant staff are good at clearing away glasses and plates etc from tables but are devils at wiping the tables clean afterwards - even when you ask them !!!
I had concerns that (more than one person) was doing 15 hour shifts and coming straight back into work first thing the next day,

If you like pop-up IKEA style hotels then you’ll be fine here. Breakfast is bland and tasteless and stuck in the 90s.
Pros:

A new clean hotel, with big compromises for sustainability. Not cool in hot weather. Won't return.
Pros:

Beautiful natural garden outside, with very clean environment in all areas that we saw. Tasty food (just very slow service). Great shower and lovely pillows. Staff were friendly.

Cons:

It DOES NOT HAVE AIR CON. It has a sustainable 'ambient airflow'. Sadly it was very hot outside and it clearly could not cope. We did not sleep, was forced to open the window and we were then both hot and disturbed by road noise. We went for a quiet stay not realising they had live music until 9pm (not a problem just not what we were looking for). It was turned off at 9pm, but we could still hear bar music on into the evening. Not enough staff on duty in the bar and restaurant. Food was VERY tasty but we had to wait 1hour and 15minutes. If we had known at the start we would have gone elsewhere. We had a thick duvet, which would have been lovely in the middle of winter. No summer option available and no extra sheet, so we roasted. There is NO DRINK Station IN THE ROOM. You have to walk down the corridor to a drinks station. Just to be aware! You have to pay £10 for parking. Not used to that outside of a city centre and not in a non-residential area (but they did warn us before hand). Just felt like an extra payment, would have been nicer to just make the room more, as everyone must have driven there as it was so out of the way!

Clean, convenient, great concept hotel
Pros:

The carbon neutral ethos. Clean rooms, good communal areas. Staff friendly. Loved the greenery in the outside areas. Breakfast was yummy.

Cons:

One meal in the restaurant in the evening. Slow Sunday night service. Pillows weren't comfortable.
