レンタカーを利用しない旅行者にはおすすめだと思います。
Pros:

ホテルの設備はやや古いですが、サービスはとても良かったです。また、無料のドリンクサービスもあり、コスパの良いホテルだと思います。

熊本城や市街地に近くアクセスが良い

Cons:

背高の車両は狭い通路を通って狭い立体駐車場に止めてかなりの距離を歩いて帰る！不便を感じた。

朝食（お粥）最高！！
Pros:

接客と朝食時のサービスが素晴らしかった。

Cons:

地震の影響か、暫く部屋が使われていなかったようなベッドサイドの埃と、浴槽付近の髪の毛（1本）が気になった。

Pros:

熊本城の真ん前だけど本当に静かで快適だったし、何より朝食がビュッフェ形式の上に質が高い。

Cons:

リムジンバスの最寄りの停留所がスーツケース持ちにはちょっと辛い距離で飲食店&コンビニエンスストアにも微妙な距離。

Pros:

窓を開けたら目の前が名所熊本城で最高の眺め。ロビーに近いフロアで便利だった。宿泊料金を考えると最高のコスパだと思う。

城好きは大満足
Pros:

熊本城が目の前に見えるレストランでの朝ご飯がロケーションも味も良かった。それ以外の時間はフリードリンク付きでレストランスペースが開放されていて、夜のライトアップされた熊本城を見ながらおしゃべりも出来た。

Cons:

部屋のWi-Fiが不安定で使いにくかった。

施設はやや古いが、全体にゆったりとしていてオススメです
Pros:

1人でしたがツインの広い部屋に泊まれゆっくりできました
ホテルの前にバス停があり、便利でした。アーケードにも徒歩4半くらいで、買い物にも便利でした
きれいな画面で、ネット経由で映画が楽しめました
