Cons:

ユニットバスが残念で…お風呂したら乾燥が遅いのかトイレ側にも水がたまったままで、カーテンしても１日の疲れを取るシャワーが残念で金額安いなら泊まってもよいかというくらいでした

早餐的選擇很多且美味，另有熊本城的美景一覽無遺，很棒

Cons:

免費Wifi的連線並不太順利，一開始還可以，但我的手機在第二天後就再也連不上了，我的手機在過去和之後都從未有wifi連線的問題，所以有可能是一些飯店wifi設定上的問題

ロケーションは、カーテンを開けたら熊本城が目の前。駐車場も、機械式と背の高い車は直ぐ近くの専用駐車場がある。

細かいことを言えば、TVのリモコンが立ててあるアクリルケースの底部分に埃た少し汚れがあった。

スタッフの対応は良いが、満足度には欠ける対応。
Pros:

入った部屋で原因不明の回転音があり、確認してもらったのちにすぐ別の部屋を用意してもらえた。

Cons:

ルームチェンジした際ベッドサイズが小さいサイズだった。
結局また部屋を変えてもらったが、予約時の条件を確認せずに変更されたのは残念だった。

ロケーションが素晴らしかった。
スタッフがとても親切でした。

Cons:

セミダブルだったのでタオルが2人分ありました。
連泊だったので、2日目は足拭きマットだけでよいとお伝えしましたが、全部、準備されていました。
エコを意識していたので、「あらまあ」という感じでした。
